I went in to fix the washing machine.I only saw the outside area as an open grass garden. There are houses in bungalow-resort style. After looking at it, it should probably focus on monthly rentals.

Is a good place to relax. Beautiful mountain views and still only 300 m from the beach. Very nice and helpful manager couple. Centrally located, when you leave the complex, both Thai and European restaurants, 7 Eleven and Family Market can be reached in 2 minutes on foot.

This is the perfect place in the heart of Kai Bae. Even if it is in walking distance to all shops, restaurants, bars and the beach, it is still a very quiet and idyllic place.The big Bungalows offer 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, well equipped kitchen and a very comfy terrace, we enjoyed the most.Despite that, should something still be missing, the courteous manager family will be happy to help.Just as an example, when we moved in, we felt uncomfortable with the very hard mattress. The same day we got a brand new, soft and comfortable one🥰.Also with our visa we have been helped a lot, as they exactly know what's necessary to bring to the immigration.The day we wanted to apply for on the mainland, it started raining, so Tore the Manager drove us by car...Maybe I should not write more, as we definitely want to come back as soon as possible😉.Thank you Nana and Tore for filling this place with so much love and kindness.

Great family home for us, well managed and tucked away in a safe place for children to play. Right in the heart of Kai Bae Beach Area, can walk to food, beach, bar, etc. Strong internet, well maintained 1 Bdrm home (+living room, bathroom)

We lived in 4 houses, there are 10 in total. The houses are small, the first room with a kitchen, the second bedroom and a toilet. Like all houses on stilts, they are made of plasterboard, so audibility is excellent. There is a cafe nearby, and music plays very often, sometimes until 3 am. The kitchen is not equipped with anything, which is also common in Thailand. The territory is large, with a lawn, on which dogs have taken to running in a pack, whose tracks are then observed in the morning. The hostess is good and polite. Nearby are two shops, a cafe and fruit. It's a 10-minute walk through the hotel to the sea, but there's a place on the beach where a local river flows out, which is also a sewer drain, and after 50 meters there's another one... Baby elephants go there to walk, but they almost always clean up after them. We liked it; there are few rental houses on the island. We were there during the season, there weren’t very many people, but the prices for everything immediately went up, the fruits became smaller, and so did the portions in cafes, but this is also a common occurrence in vacation spots.

Wonderful houses. Perfect for people with children and wives, as well as for normal people :))) Polite and responsive hostess with a wonderful name, either Saltpeter or Senatra (but not Frank, for sure). 5 minutes walk to the sea .Nearby there is a shitload of cafes, restaurants and shops. A picturesque view of the mountain, which, admittedly, will bore you in a week, but that’s all lyrics. Nearby you can buy fruit and fresh juice from a Thai who calls all Russians “drYug” or “koreS”. In general, I recommend it.
