Super nice employee, helpful with everythingFor me the best accommodation on Koh ChangAnd I've also slept in other accommodations for far more moneyI'll stop by there again when I'm on Koh Chang

These bungalows are brand new and much better than one might expect, for the price. The bathrooms are especially nice. The bed could be better, but one fat farang and they’re finished. We used the excuse to snuggle on the better side. You can use the common-area kitchen to find drinking water, make coffee or prepare your own meals. The location is close to the beach and very peaceful. The owner is super-friendly and helpful. The best part is spending time here on Klong Kloi Beach, at the end of the road, with sandy pathways and several delicious beach shack restaurants nearby. It’s also very convenient to reach Bangbao Pier from here, although we rented a scooter to explore more of the island as well. We’re very happy to recommend Family Huts!

Really lovely place to stay and we were made to feel very welcome by Now who made sure we had everything we needed. The bungalows are very nice and comfortable and there is also a shared kitchen and seating area. The location is good as it is nice and quiet whilst still being very close to the beach. I really recommend Family Huts 👍

I stayed here for a month! I LOVED it here! Ying and her family were lovely! They embraced and had me feel safe there! They went out of their way to help me in whatever way they could. I have a knee injury so her son, Now, would take me into Bang Bao when I needed to go to the store on his motorbike!I had 2 situations with a man who owns a resort in Klong Kloi. The whole family took me to the police station to help me make a police report on an resort owner that was threatened me and nearly ran me over on purpose. Ying text me..checked in on me and really showed such care for me during that time! She took me in as of I were her family!The bungalow was sweet..cozy..best mattress and pillows I've slept on in Thailand! They have the sweets kitty there and 3 dogs that hardly bark! It is such a peaceful, quiet place! I truly loved it here!They have a shared kitchen to cook in and free tea and coffee! This made it feel so homey!Truthfully...it was hard to leave this place after being there a month! I'd stay there again!What a wonderful place to stay! I highly recommend it!I'm in deep appreciation for them and their the sweet sanctuary I had there!Go see them! Stay there! You will love it!

Had a great stay here, nicest and friendliest owners! The rooms are fresh, clean and well kept. It’s close to the beach and restaurants. Just sorry we didn’t find the place sooner!

I had a fantastic stay at this guest house in January 2019. The owners are extremely welcoming and helpful. The room is clean, modern and great value. Love that they have a kitchen so you can cook your own dinner if you want as well as keep things in the fridge. The place has a really friendly vibe and is right in Kong Kloi Beach a short walk to the sea and to all the useful amenities you'll need. Check out Chan Siam bar nearby.

It was really a very nice place. Directly to the beach. The appartment has a very modern equipment. The Hostess is a very kind woman, who gives a lot of useful tipps to the stay in Koh Chang. I can highly recommend your apparment. And I will definately stay at you location by my next trip to Koh Chang.

Heartly people, fresh and clean rooms, free coffee and a big new-built kitchen. Wonderful area with 100 meter to the beach as well to the mountains, Mountain View from the balcony. 500m to waterfall, a grand park and "ghost ship". Amazing place for a simple lifestyle, this is what you need for a holiday!
