The accommodation is quite old. It was filled with a shocking amount of ants and insects. A chair that looked like it had never been wiped. From white to brown The towel was very sticky when I used it to wipe myself. Please pay attention to this place because it is your own home. It's your face. However, the issue isn't so much about the oldness of the accommodation, it's about cleanliness. As long as there is always someone to take care of it and improve it. It will still always look nice. I'd like the owner to come down and inspect the little details. (which are not at all small) and consider what should be improved.

Very good value for money for budget accommodation. The rooms are clean, renovated and of a good size.However, I felt that there was a lack of privacy, as there was no soundproofing at all and the toilet window had no screen and the curtains next to the bed did not close completely, so you could partially see into the room.Unfortunately, the resident of the neighboring room played very loud music all day long on his own balcony, but this is not the owner's fault.

It has no beach to go to, they don't clean the rooms during the stay, the toilet has no window and there are tall buildings that can look into it, terrible air conditioning, and incredible the bed is made of concrete it has no furniture only concrete bricks, and for lastly no water pressure in the shower... Tragic

A cozy place to relax, away from the hustle and bustle and close to the main street where the food places etc. are. The rooms are well equipped, air, coffee maker and refrigerator, also a safe. Everything is well taken care of although it is beginning to notice that it lacks maintenance. Don't be careless because it's beautiful. Some moisture stains on the terrace. The garden is charming and has a small parking lot for motorcycles at the entrance.

Feels very new and everything is clean. Beds are not too hard like other beds in Thailand. Very good for the price. If you donât care about other facilities this room is perfect
