Review this accommodation- Got fined because the skin cream stained the mattress (it wasn't heavily stained or damaged or couldn't be washed off, got fined 100 baht, the owner said it was for the maid to wash it)- And there are many rules that guests must read carefully because if you do anything wrong you will be fined.- Who wants to stay at a place that gives a feeling of Student dormitory, please come.

Anyone thinking of staying here should think carefully. And do not bring anyone into the room or you will be fined. We even asked the staff if we could bring a friend to wait. The service staff can tell you. But when it was actually taken up Got fined for bringing someone into the room which the staff didn't inform us about. Plus, they came to fine us again. I'm confused as to why they didn't inform us of the rules. that no one should be brought up What's even funnier is that you have to read the rules yourself. Because the employees can't Has a duty to inform the rules We have to read the rules ourselves. And for anyone who stays, I recommend that you take pictures before and after staying, otherwise you will be fined for the lotion and mattress. I warn you, because the problem is very complicated and you have to be very careful when it comes to staying at the place. This is because there are a lot of rules.

Electricity came to turn off the lights on floors 4-5, floors 1-3 did not turn off. The power went out for almost 2 hours. It was very hot. I couldn't ask to change rooms to a floor where the lights wouldn't go out. The receptionist spoke badly. But the housekeeper said it much better.It's possible to stay somewhere else rather than having a hassle.

Before going to sleep, check the bed carefully to see if there is anything stained with the bed sheets first. I'll find out if there's oil or lotion on the sheets. Otherwise, you will be fined. (P.S. Don't you usually wash the sheets and blankets every time? Because when you sleep, it feels like something is squeezing and causing it to itch.)

It's easy to find something to eat, there's parking, but I'm confused about parking management. It'll be free or it won't be available because the rooms are monthly and daily, alternating parking. If not very fussy Overall, it's worth the price paid.

Daily rooms are good. But the service is very, very bad. The staff spoke badly from check-in until check-out. I'm adjusting everything. It's not appropriate to be a receptionist. The housekeeper is also more polite. Who will take a break and think carefully?

This is not a hotel, this is a place where you go in at 11 p.m. and leave at 6 a.m. If possible, do it without light. At best acceptable for backpackers due to the price. Restaurants within walking distance

It's cheap at 380 baht, but it's very clean. There's no strange smell. They clean it every morning, change water and towels every day, and there are many restaurants nearby that open late. I was very satisfied with this accommodation.
