We had already stayed there last year... this year the sheets were... questionable. Clean certainly, but doubtful. White sheets should stay WHITE.Apart from this detail, the place is quiet and very pleasant. The staff is very responsive and attentive. A toaster was missing and they brought it immediately.The place is very clean. The small kitchen is very nice. The swimming pool for relaxation too. And we were able to share this very nice stay with our little dog, because animals are allowed here, which is very rare when you travel! So thank you to them. Overall everything was perfect and above all excellent value for money! We will come back 🙏

We arrived and smelled a very strong smell from the couch and saw flies. Indeed, a nauseating smell emanated from it and flies were circling around it!!! We didn't report it and preferred to protect the sofa with cloths so as not to disturb the service people and also because we don't have that to do during our vacation... Now that we have left we are asks for 50 euros because we are accused of having stained and vomited on the sofa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The swimming pool was dirty, we did not dare to swim in it, except on the penultimate day because we still paid for a private swimming pool... The outdoor part is very small. We expected better!Apart from these 2 big problems, it is true that everything was good and the kitchen is well equipped (a small coffee machine and kettle are missing).

Hide misery like I have rarely seen. Moldy sofa when we arrived and the person there tried to make us pay for it. Pool not cleaned when we arrived and charged us to clean it. I honestly feel like I was scammed. This rating is clearly deserved

We were staying with kids in a 2 bedroom house.The place is nice, new and clean.You will have to pay extra for the electeicity 7 thb per unit. But that's ok, because both bedrooms and the living room has a conditioner (total 3 in the house).And there is a deposit of 3000 thb because everything is new. This was not a problem for us.It took half an hour to check out. But I think the case was that we were leaving early Sunday morning and we had informed only 1,5 hours before leaving.It's better to inform in in advance.Overal good experience and will come back!There is a pool on the side.Quite location.400 m to the nearest laundry.

I really like the accommodation. It may be a bit far from the city but it's peaceful. And the staff take very good care of you. The residences are not crowded. Have privacy The interior is spacious and clean, the air conditioning is cool, and the bedrooms are spacious. Very worth the price.

Dear Management,I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding my recent stay at your establishment in Phuket. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to bring to your attention the numerous issues that marred my visit.First and foremost, from the moment I made the booking, I encountered rudeness and lack of professionalism from your staff. The host's dismissive and unhelpful responses left a sour taste in my mouth even before arriving.Upon arrival at the airport, I was herded into a group with strangers and coerced into paying an unfairly high fee for transportation.(600b) Despite arranging for a taxi through your service, the wait under the scorching sun for 30 minutes was utterly unacceptable. The lack of communication and assistance during this time was appalling. As you knew we will be arriving at this time and date, no one was there to help.Upon finally reaching the hotel, the absence of any staff compounded our frustration as we waited an additional 2 hours for someone to attend to us. This wait was especially distressing as my mother, who was accompanying me, suffers from a health condition that makes prolonged exposure to heat dangerous.Furthermore, being charged an additional 400 baht for early check-in was outrageous, considering the circumstances. The uncomfortable beds, inadequate shower facilities, and poor soundproofing only added to our discomfort during the stay, let’s not mention the cockroaches we had to kill during our stay.Additionally, I must bring to your attention a deeply concerning incident that occurred during our stay. In the middle of the night, someone attempted to enter our room, causing us great alarm and distress. This invasion of privacy and security compromised our ability to feel safe in your establishment and disrupted our sleep.The culmination of these issues occurred during check-out when we were informed of an additional charge of 1500 baht due to our early departure. This demand, based on your staff's inability to accommodate our needs, was beyond comprehension and left me feeling utterly disrespected as a paying guest.I want to make it clear that this level of service is completely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic courtesy displayed by your staff is appalling and reflects poorly on your establishment. I have already expressed my grievances to the relevant authorities, and I implore you to take immediate action to rectify these issues.Even the staff were complaining about their boss, who is not understandable and doesn’t care about the staff.I will not hesitate to share my experience with others and advise against patronizing your establishment in the future.

I don't like what's in the middle of nowhere. A place for a life in which you sit in one place and don’t go anywhere. Because there is nowhere to go except seven eleven. On the one hand, it’s good that you live somewhere between the trees, but you also need to buy food somewhere and go to the sea. But there is no sea here, the sea, who knows where. This is where the moment comes when you need to spend time and money on the road to the sea. Why is such happiness needed?! There are properties with more convenient locations and prices. The monthly rent for this apartment (even though this property is called a villa, you can’t call it a villa) is 40,000 baht per month. And for what - for the ass of the world? I already said that there are places much cheaper.I don't recommend this place. Here the apartment seems to be clean and there is an uncleaned swimming pool, but not for forty thousand baht!!!#It's Warm Here
