Hi all! We are here now. Considering its price, the guesthouse deserves excellent ratings. Initially we booked 2 nights, but my husband liked it so much that if I had not persuaded him to go to Cambodia, we would have stayed for all 15 nights. Objectively. Living like in a village. The guesthouse has only 5 rooms. We lived in the first one, they are cheaper, but there is a smell of dampness. We weren't on the second floor, maybe it's hotter there. Air conditioning works great, Wi-Fi is good. The room is clean. Cleaning and change of linen and towels every 3 days. The quality of cleaning was excellent; we didn’t look under the bed. We brought all soap accessories and a hairdryer with us. The bed is very large (180-200 wide). The mattress and bed linen are good, I would buy one for myself. There is drying, but if you don’t hang it in the sun when it’s wet, a smell immediately appears. There is no breakfast, but on the main road, about 10 minutes from the guesthouse, is the famous night market in Chang, and in the other direction is the Makro grocery hypermarket. The owner, Mr. PingPong, is very kind, every day he brought 1.5 liters of water and various local delicacies as a compliment. Road to the hotel. Yes, for some this may be an objective difficulty. About 450m slightly uphill, only the very last small section is not paved and not lit. I probably wouldn't want to stay here during the rainy season. Dogs. Yes, they bark, but they don’t rush. As soon as you turn in their direction, they immediately run away. The trouble is that these parasites bark all night and then sleep in the morning. This is if you want to sleep with the windows open. Well, and roosters. Village... But no noisy parties, we generally lived alone. If you wish, you can book for a couple of nights, then extend if you like. Thank you Mr. PingPong! We recommend the guesthouse.

We stayed with Mr. Ping Pong for 5 nights and this is what I can say about this mini hotel:First the cons. There is only one of them - this is not the best location of the hotel, uphill along an unlit road (it’s worth taking a flashlight with you)Pros:- master. Mr. Ping Pong made our holiday unforgettable. Every morning he treated us to various local delicacies that we would hardly have tried on our own. He knows a lot about the island and the local flora and fauna. Always ready to help with advice or suggest something.- numbers. The rooms are large and comfortable. The room has everything you need, a large bed with a good mattress. The air conditioner cools well and is not directed towards the bed. Large bathroom. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days. The room is very clean.-atmosphere. Monkeys come right to the hotel (but we didn’t see them, unfortunately) and various exotic birds fly in, roosters crow. I slept great. I didn't want to leave. We will definitely come to visit Mr. Ping Pong again!

We didn't live in this hotel, but I came in to look at the room. The owner seems to be a good person. The road to the hotel along the forest takes about 7 minutes along a narrow roadway where there are a lot of barking dogs running around, keep this in mind. To get to the hotel you have to climb a little uphill. The beds are hard.

We spent a very nice and pleasant four nights here! Rooms and bathrooms are large and clean, bed is comfortable, fridge/kettle and plenty of storage space available, quiet environment, White Beach and restaurants/shops within easy walking distance. All kinds of animals around are lovely... I'm pretty happy to have been here. The owner Pingpong is awesome. Very helpful, super nice and gives good information. He left or put something in front of our room for us every day (water, cookies, fruit, snacks…). After checking out, he also drove us to our next accommodation in Koh Chang. Really cool guy.

What can I say...today is my last day here in Mr. Pingpong's house and I'm really sad because I will miss so many things: the voices of the forest animals, the little monkey in the morning asking for fruit but above all Mr. Ping's cuddles , kind man, cultured, a rare person! The rooms are spotless, nothing is missing. Thank you Mr. Pingpong, you will remain in my heart, always.

The owner, Mr. Wang Bing, is originally from Guangdong. He was tired of the city life in Bangkok and came to Koh Chang with his wife to start a homestay business. He is very hospitable and humorous, and he will help with any questions or difficulties. When I changed hotels, I was driven to another hotel, and I was given a beautiful shell gift as a farewell gift. The hotel is located in the mountains, and you need to hike a short distance to get there. There are a few dogs on the road, but they will not attack people and are very cute. The room is very clean, carefully taken care of, and spotless. The bed was also very comfortable. Outside are jungles and mountains. There are various birds, butterflies, and monkeys in the forest. Thanks to Mr. Wang, I could stay in his room for one night and leave a wonderful memory of my trip to Koh Chang!

Stayed at the PingPong House for 3 nights with my partner. The host is super friendly, helpful and very funny. The rooms are very nice and the location in the jungle is simply fantastic. The host organized a scooter for us at a fair price just 30 minutes after we arrived. Had a great time there and we would go there again in a heartbeat next time we are on Koh Chang.

A very wonderful hotel. We've been coming here every year for seven years. The hotel is in a quiet location. Within walking distance of the beach, night food market, Bigsy and 7/12 stores, Makro supermarket. …
