We lived here as a family in a villa. We really enjoyed. The villa had a separate room for adults and a separate room for children, two bathrooms with two showers, a separate kitchen, a living room with a sofa and a TV, a large veranda with a barbecue and a stove. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils including a refrigerator. I would like to note the hotel owners - they are kind and cheerful people. I recommend this place for a family holiday for a long time, it is very comfortable here. The area has a beach, cafes, shops, in general, everything you need for living. Thanks to the owners, you are great!

A very nice place with wonderful owners. Clean minimalist houses with all amenities, barbecue area, beautiful garden. There is also an excellent coffee shop on site, Fig cafe, with first-class drinks.

We stayed at Mr Mo's place for one month, we have many things to say and all great: 1. The place is beautifully designed, a combination of cozy and minimal.Is also well thought and all the bungalows have their independence and privacy. 2. The mattress is very comfortable, like sleeping in a cloud. 3. The location is close to restaurants, supermarkets, and one of my favorite beaches. Not far from the party neighborhood but yet very quiet and calm. 4. Mr. Mo is so far my favorite host in Thailand. And as a matter of fact maybe in my whole life. He is funny, caring and has always something to say to make you smile or make you feel comfortable.I would definitely recommend this place to families, couples, calm friends, and even small gatherings or family reunions.

We have been coming with two children for 4 years in a row, cozy houses, with two bedrooms, a living room, a large veranda, a barbecue, the house has the necessary utensils for cooking. The owner is very welcoming, friendly, responsive, he will always come and bring it if suddenly something is missing. (For example, they asked for scissors, a toaster, barbecue tongs and an extra towel; I brought it myself within a maximum of 3 minutes)) and there is also an excellent Fig cafe, very cozy, with delicious cappuccino, and vegetarian cuisine. I give it 5 points out of 5!

We rested in October 2018, as a family with 4 children, for 2 weeks. A house with 2 bedrooms and a living area combined with a kitchen. The house has everything you need. The bed linen and towels are snow-white and soft. There is a water pump on the territory. We prepared food at home and shopped at the TESCO store, which is located 400-500 meters away. A very decent place to relax. Wonderful staff. The external perimeter is under video surveillance, everything is safe. Shops and cafes are 300-400 meters away on foot. The sea is a little further, 600 meters. I recommend Koh Chang Residence, for families with children and people seeking privacy and silence.
