Super cute bungalows! We fell in love with it straight away. We actually wanted to stay 3 nights. It would then ultimately be 8.It is simply equipped: bed, mosquito net, quiet fan, bathroom. On the veranda there is 1 hammock and a chair. We asked for a 2nd hammock so we wouldn't argue, and we got it. Our hut A-5 looked directly at the sea. It was wonderful!!!! The bungalow costs 350 Bath per night. There are also bungalows with air conditioning, although I don't know the price.Neeno is a great host. On the day of departure he took us to the taxi rank at Bang Bao Pier in his pickup truck. You can also easily reach it via the chat on Google Maps. This is how you can avoid booking fees ;)Unfortunately there is no beach access.Below the property there is a great cafe that serves breakfast all day (perfect for late risers) at reasonable prices (between 100-120 Bath).

Cheap and very nice bungalows. Some have a small balcony with a wonderful sea view. The people who run the place are very kind and helpful.

Basic clean hut with a seaview (good sunrise from balcony) which is good for value if you’re used to basic accommodation. It is a fan cooled room with mattress on the floor with mosquito net above, and a private bathroom. We tried using the mosquito net first night and decided to use without the second night as it’s cooler and the fan gets to you better and we didn’t have problems with mosquitoes at night (they do still come during sunset but gone when dark). Hot water and cups were available in the common area so we were able to make our coffee in the morning.

Loved it here, and booked an extra 6 nights so I've been here for over 3 weeks. I stayed in hut A3, with fabulous views of the sea and other islands. Spent hours swaying gently in my hammock just captivated by the view. There's a large covered balcony with small table and bench in addition to the hammock. Room is basic but all I need. If you want luxury, not for you, but if you like simplicity and peace, it's great. Theres a fridge for guests to keep food in, drinking water sold on the premises, and a constant supply of hot water for drinks.A cafe next door, and shops within a few minutes walk that also offer laundry and money changing services.ATMs near Bang Ban Bao pier. Neeno and his family are friendly and helpful.

Hello everyone and Neeno.We absolutely loved our stay at Neeno Hut. It was absolutely perfect.We stayed in a small cement bungalo with a private bathroom and aircon.Perfectly quiet at night. Yeah!!!!A gorgeous view from the bamboo fan cooled rooms along the ocean front. Our friends stayed there and love it too!!!

The best low budget accommodation on Koh Chang! We stayed here for 2.5 weeks and loved it. Wake up every day with the most beautiful sea view, it's quiet and the owners are incredibly warm and helpful.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. If you're on a budget this place is moore then good, probably one of the top spots on the island. Neeno and his father are genuinely good people and hard working, they put a lot of effort to keeping the place clean and nice. The wooden huts are a bit ventilated and houses some insects, ask for a stone hut to, more or less, be free from them. There is no food at Neeno's but Pipin Cafe next door offers good food, scooter rent and nice employees. Neeno offers hot water for tea or coffee.

A beautiful place overlooking the ocean. :) It is located 10 minutes walk from the public beach, as well as 7/11 and good restaurants, and at the same time away from the hustle and bustle, noise and parties. One of the best places I've ever been to in Thailand, especially for this price. :) The owner was very polite and helpful. Thank you, Neena!

After spending 2 days in another homestay, we booked another 2 days here. Since we work remotely and start early in the day, I asked for hot water for the morning. Hot water was immediately provided every day from 5 a.m. If something was missing or we had comments, we were helped immediately.The rooms are simply furnished, but a plus point is that each bungalow has its own bathroom with hot water. Added to this is the sea view. Instead of originally staying for 2 days, we ended up staying for 4 and would come here again.At 325 baht per night you just can't complain, even if you only have the bungalow. So if you only need one overnight stay and want to travel inexpensively while exploring the island is your priority, you've come to the right place.

Very charming wooden cabins with a terrace and fan and one of the best views of Ko Chang.There was also a very nice and helpful father-son team who were really very accommodating.Any time :)

Very good underrated place! Bungalow with sea view, clean house, good mattress, 2 nights for 600 baht :) the same bungalows without sea view, but with advertising on services, cost 500 baht per night. We recommend it to everyone!
