The rooms are simple and it is not a luxury resort, but it is clean and quiet. The shaky bridge, which probably still existed in 2022, has now been replaced.The owner is very helpful and nice.He also organizes a scooter to your door within 10 minutes (at a good price and technically perfect).Every day there are also two bottles of water and a small snack, which he leaves in front of the door in the morning.If you are “just” looking for a place to stay for the night and otherwise just want to explore the island, this is the right place for you.

Helpful and very kind managers, spacious room and bathroom, hot water and Wi-Fi (sometimes you lose connection but you just have to unplug it and plug it back in), kettle with coffee and sugar, mini fridge in the room. Cleaning on request or every two days with change of sheets and towels. There is everything nearby, beach, restaurants, market where you can find delicious fruit. Motor scooters can be rented from the manager. The view of the palm forest is beautiful, the bridge has been repaired and there is no problem accessing it. The only flaw is that the wardrobe cannot be used due to a strong musty smell.

Excellent experience. Optimal price ratio. Very careful staff. Bungalow in the jungle.. 1 min walk from the beach some insects but it's part of the experience. I went with low expectations and came with a full heart.

Perfect. Quiet complex with four comfortable cabins in a beautifully landscaped garden. Very attentive and friendly landlord. Close to restaurants, supermarket and beach. Only the mattresses need to be replaced

Great place! The room is large and comfortable, there is a kettle and a fridge for those who want to prepare breakfast in the morning on the terrace! Every morning the owner brings bottles of water and FREE coffee and sometimes even offers small snacks! The beach near the bungalow is superb for admiring the sunset! The place is quiet and those who say the opposite in the comments are just not used to the sounds of nature that you hear when you are on an island in the jungle (frogs, guecko, or rooster) in short I recommend.

Very nice surprise, place which has a little air of paradise, the owners extremely kind and attentive. A stone's throw from the beach and its breathtaking view. I will go back, that's for sure!

We were there in November 2022 and originally booked for three nights. In retrospect, the price (3x 1300) was far too high because the four bungalows were pretty shabby and the whole complex was in a run-down state. For example, the footbridge that takes you over a small pond to the bungalows is extremely rickety. There is no proper reception, but the owner probably lives nearby and only comes by briefly. The entire communication was a disaster because he speaks very poor English. He was also difficult to reach by phone. The WiFi didn't work either. Complaints were not possible.We wanted to shorten the stay due to the defects, but the owner didn't respond at all! We still only stayed one night. We therefore do not recommend the accommodation Baan phuen Koh Kood!

First of all: the owners are incredibly nice and put in a lot of effort. The whole family is really warm and nice, you feel comfortable with them.The rooms are very affordable and not overpriced at all. The beach is about 200 meters away, which was most important to us.Now about the cleanliness of the room... The bedroom was fine, the bed was clean (but extremely hard!!!), there was a very unpleasant smell coming from the sink (mold around the sink and the drain urgently needs to be cleaned).The bathroom was really disgusting. The shelf for shampoo and soap was full of small hairs. Unfortunately it wasn't cleaned. And the toilet was so unclean, as if it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. No exaggeration, the entire toilet seat and even the box was full of splashes of all kinds of colors. It's good that I at least had a hand disinfectant with me and was able to clean everything first... Even during the vacation, when the room was cleaned, there was hair on the floor afterwards, which doesn't speak for the thoroughness.Unfortunately, I only took photos of the bathroom at the end of the vacation. It could really be painted white again.It would also be good if the owners told you in advance that the room will only be cleaned if you hand over the key. That's completely fine, but information in advance would really be recommended. You can get toilet paper and fresh towels, but only on request.Otherwise you get two bottles of water and a few bananas every morning, which we really appreciated.Conclusion: A cheap bungalow near the beach with super friendly owners, but unfortunately anything but clean.

4 houses, in ours 2 there was also a local woodpecker living on the roof and chirping every 4 hours. In the morning, roosters crow and dogs bark, in general, country music is not for everybody. There is no table and chairs in the room, 1 Thai TV channel, although there is a plate.?. And so, quiet. Reception by the road, in the owner's store. We took a bike and saw everything everywhere.
