I stayed here with my partner for several nights and would repeat if I returned to Koh Chang.The room was spacious and had all the items described.Cleaning was done every day, the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning cooled quickly.The only thing I didn't like was that the TV didn't have any channels or apps connected to it. You turned on the TV and you couldn't see anything.For everything else, it is a central, modern and comfortable hotel. I recommend it!

I had stayed in the jacuzzi rooms, which are the only rooms facing directly to the beach and has a great balcony. The other rooms are facing other hotels and has no to a partial view to the beachToiletries - okay, no cotton buds, or anything beyond the essentialsRoom sizes - okayCooling - split AC, rooms cool out fast, due to its size, but strong coolingRestaurant - not very active, but it had a very good service and taste.Breakfast - you can choose only one item from the 6-7 options they have. Not worth eating in hereRoom service - okay. They did not clean our room saying , you should have put up a card for room cleaning. This is not the case in hundreds of hotels I have statedWifi - badIntercom - no instructions given, you have to dial 1111Lost card - they charge 500 baht, which is a rip offDeposit - 300 bahtLights - need some more bright lights for the roomCurtains - good to black outBathroom - ours was a special room so was greatJacuzzi - perfect and fully functional. Lacks clear instructions and side productsNo umbrellasBath robe and beach towel providedSafety locker availableNo elevators available. They showed me 1300 baht when booking and then when pay at hotel, it came to a whopping 2300+ not sure who is at fault, Agoda or the hotel

We rented the room with the jaccuzi and it was phenomenal!Spacious living room large bathroom with sea view, comfy bed, Netflix on TV.Large private terrace.The breakfast was okay, maybe a little bit bland after a while.The staff was nice, the aircon worked great.Good location to reach both sides of the island. We also rented the scooter (125cc) from them and it worked great.The beach in front of the hotel is not usable 24/7, at high tide it's simply underwater.The area around the hotel offers many restaurants, the small night market next to it is also nice.

Excellent value for your money. Rooms look like new, comfy beds.Has no pool, but for this price you cant excect .Will recommend to my friends

Excellent food absolutely delicious we loved all of the signature calamari, Tom Kha Kai and laarb dishes. Beautiful presentation too and picturesque view of the sea. Recommended!

Stop by to eat. Didn't stay here Look at the menu and prices focused on selling to foreigners. But the taste is strong and spicy, Thai style.

We didn't stay here, we just ate breakfast, the egg Benedict was oke, meaning edible at this point. But the croissant with egg and salmon was terrible. I had like 1 bite and that was enough. The croissant was raw on the inside, and the salmon was put in the microwave, therefore it was like rubber. Would not advise to eat here.

The hotel is excellent, clean, quiet, close to the white beach, 500 meters away. The staff are great. The facilities are clean. The hotel’s restaurant overlooks directly on the beach. It does not have an elevator. There are rooms overlooking the sea and others overlooking the city. There is a minor problem. There are some ants in the room.

The rooms fine I guess. I booked a room on Agoda and it showed pictures and said "this room" which was a queen bed, a Jacuzzi, a balcony, and a view of the beach. I get there and they tell me that I booked a two bed room. The room has no balcony, no bath, and no view like advertised. Just the view of a wall. Pretty disappointing

If you are looking for a nice place to relax, this is the place. The room was beautiful, clean everyday and the shower was strong. Nice view from balcone. The staff was one of a kind, everyone was there for you. The kitchen was excellent, served delichious food everyday. I stayed here for 1week and ended almost to eat all my meals here. good food to a friendly price. The beach was nice and sandy.Overall good price at white sand beach. I will definitely come back to this beautiful place
