As the name suggests, hippies live here. Not the best rooms, dampness, and so on. You probably won't like it :)But I feel good. There is nature here, the rooms are livable, there is a very quiet, calm atmosphere. You can buy food and breakfasts.Also, it should be mentioned that there are mosquito nets, fans and.... a canopy.

Hippie hut locates in the forest at Bang Bao bay, just about 300m away from the main road. It's completely an idyllic retreat, far away from the hustling and bustling world.I enjoy staying here very much.The kitchen also provides food. The food is good with reasonable price.It seems the owner should be a follower of Bob Marley. There is a hall displaying lots of Bob's photos; they usually play Bob's music; the house and rooms are ornamented in four colors: green, yellow, red, and black, which are the typical colors for Rastafarian; and the washing room's door shows "three little birds", which is a famous song of Bob's.

A nice and quiet location, with green all around, 10 minutes easy walk from Bang Bao village and the pier. Very good price per value. We had a bungalow with a shower and bathroom, spacious, with a balcony, mosquito net and screens, hot shower. All clean and welcoming. On our first day we didn't want to leave the room :)The food is amazing, with extra care for presentation and wonderful taste and good prices. Highly recommended.

MOST- The room was OK and not very expensive: 300 bahts per night (and the deluxe version at 350 bahts). It's a little cheaper and better than the Lonely Groove where I had stayed a few days before in the same area, and much better than the Rasta Views which I don't recommend.- The room has a private bathroom and the shower water is hot.- There is a terrace with hammock.- A pedestal fan, mosquito net and a small portable wardrobe are also provided in the room.THE LESSERS- I found the area where the hotel is located a little too isolated. It is better to go to more well-known corners of the island like Kai Bae Beach or White Sand Beach for example. I didn't really like the Bangbao / Klong Koi area, especially since I got eaten by sandflies on the beach, I had itching for two weeks.- Small details: there was no soap or shampoo provided, and the shower pressure was a bit weak.

The place is relaxing and nice in the greenery, great bungalow for that price. Food was very tasty and the hostess was helpful.
