Very bad, loud and loud, bought 5 rooms for 9000/night, got 2 nights, got bad, bad service, badly recorded, confused how did you get the stars? I'll post pictures soon. The kitchen is really bad, not clean at all, lots of food scraps.Pay this rent Plastic boats still need to be rented. Or maybe I'm talking too much, I don't know.

Run away, everyone. Terrible service. Speak extremely curtly. To the condition of the employees being extremely unavailable to provide service. I can't speak. Just a word, my first impression is negative and negative again. The room condition is uncomfortable and dark. The floor is sticky and cannot be stepped on. The bathroom is very bad. The water flows very slowly. The toilet is very low, soap and shampoo are not provided, not up to standard at all. The kitchen smells bad. Worms in the trash can I'm confused by people who give 4-5 star reviews and pay 9000 baht per night for accommodations. What a waste of money. It's like you've brought yourself into trouble.

beautiful facility located right on the beach. In the morning you will wake up to a beautiful sunrise, and in the evening you can see a beautiful sunset. the rooms are cleanand the prices are very affordable. We recommend!

Like this, you can just lie in bed and watch the sun rise and set. The staff member named “Ahn” is very friendly. The first floor has the advantage of being right in front of the sea, but it is a bit disappointing that the toilet and shower room are outside. Still, I came here because I wanted to stay in front of the sea. The price is a little expensive compared to the facilities, but the view was worth it. Worth staying for two days.

Super friendly and helpful, right on the almost private beach, and very cheap. The beachfront lower floor has an outdoor bathroom. For a little more per night, there are also rooms with their own balcony and bathroom. Be sure to visit the restaurant facing the beach on the right (MaHa Restaurants & bar)! Super cheap and by far the best food in Thailand. The location overall is suitable for both a quiet day at the beach with a few guests and for cocktails with a bit of partying in the evening.Best regardsClaudio and Sabine

I spent 12 nights on Koh Chang with my girlfriend and 5 of them in the Maya Guesthouse with Marco and Ann.The proximity to the beach and the wonderful terrace are really a dream. The two of them are very committed and will take care of any problems immediately. Unfortunately, we didn't have working water for a day, but that wasn't their fault but a mistake on the part of the craftsman who screwed something up. They took care of it immediately and the problem was resolved that same evening. The room itself is very clean and you have everything you need to stay there for a few days. The only real drawback - on my part - is the clairaudience. You can hear everyone talking on the street and so you're easily woken up by your neighbors or guests above - and it's relatively expensive. You have your own balcony and also a private beach (although both are also used by others). That's why we deducted one star - but that doesn't mean that I wouldn't recommend this guesthouse!The area in which the guesthouse is located is really very quiet and secluded. Not recommended for party tourists. If someone is really just looking for peace and relaxation, then he/she will definitely feel very comfortable there! At night, a TukTuk to the nearest town where there is a bit more excitement is very expensive, as the prices rise enormously at night. i.e. this should probably be carefully considered!Finally, I would like to thank Marco and Ann for this wonderful time and we will definitely come by again - if we decide to go to Koh Chang :)Kop khun krap :)
