The hotel is not far from amenities, clean rooms, and neat and clean staff. The hotel has clear sea water, next to the beach, and a beautiful sunset. Suitable for families to relax. Near the hotel there are restaurants to choose from.

Very cozy hotel. Breakfast is not very varied, but overall satisfying. Bar prices are too high. The staff is very polite and friendly. Well-groomed and clean area. Convenient location. Beautiful view of the sea. I recommend it.

Our stay at the Hotel “The Splash” on Koh Chang was simply wonderful. We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the entire hotel area - everything was always well maintained and hygienic. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel is ideal, just a few steps from the beach and at the same time in a quiet environment. The hotel is an absolute hit for families with children: the facilities for the little ones are excellent and there are numerous leisure activities so that there is no chance of boredom. We can highly recommend “The Splash” and are already looking forward to our next visit!

A very nice resort on the island of Koh Chang. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are neat, although there is no closet here.The swimming pool has many slides and is fun.

The hotel is terrible. Firstly, the range of breakfast dishes is small, mostly meat, not even porridge, perhaps some cheesecakes or pancakes. Secondly, everyone is very lazy. There is a red flag constantly hanging at sea because, I quote, it rains every day. But it rains in the evening, and during the day there are no waves or anything that interferes with swimming, they just don’t want to take out and carry the sun loungers. There is a water park, but there are no lifeguards on the slides, that is, you can get injured simply because a person slid down, you just got up, followed him and you collided. Thirdly, the rooms are terribly small, 40 meters only with a veranda, and the room is just very small and uncomfortable. They slipped in a used robe, no one washed the bed linen, they found someone’s hair and fleas. The safe is very crooked, there are no instructions, and the password needs to be updated using a button from the inside, how we were supposed to guess this before is unclear. The shower temperature is poorly regulated, it feels like there is only one temperature. The benches on the veranda are peeling, and as a result, our clothes got dirty because of this. There is Wi-Fi, but it is slow and, as the devices say, unsafe. The houses are arranged like sprat in a jar, except perhaps on top of each other. There is no personal space, because due to the huge number of houses there is a huge number of people, and the entrance doors are transparent, unless you cover them with a curtain. 0/10. The location is convenient, but compared to the rest it doesn’t make a special contribution

Suitable for taking children on a trip. The water park is fun to play in, clean, with staff always taking care of you. Good service. Breakfast is buffet style with a lot to choose from, especially bread and jam. When we sat down to eat breakfast, the atmosphere was very good. In front is a water park. Walk into the dining area next to the sea. When the sea rises, you can swim at Bandai Waterfall, it's not deep.

The location was wonderful and the staff were excellent. Especially the receptionists.|A great place to spend a family holiday and the water slides were great fun. The rooms were comfortable and the amenities were excellent. Highly recommend The Splash.
