This way, attendance will perhaps drop and this will push owners to change certain operating methods which are perpetuated because customers come no matter what.Positive points:- Location (on a magnificent and preserved beach, in a very calm and beautiful bay).- Access to the sea very well done, as well as a pleasant swimming pool.Negative points:- There is a pool bar but unfortunately it is not open (perhaps in high season?).- Price of drinks at the bar scandalously high, even for an island (more than €3 per bottled beer!)- Communication with staff is not always easy: there must be one person in five who speaks English... The staff is very numerous and sometimes idle. It's disconcerting to see all the waiters with their noses on their phones during service... It gives the impression of an unmanaged or poorly managed team...- The hotel is in the vegetation, which is rather nice in itself; however, the vegetation gives the impression of being completely abandoned... No maintenance and it's a shame because it could be beautiful.- Basic cleaning (glasses not even washed from one day to the next, dirty and more than worn sheets), especially in the bathroom which gave off a pestilential smell after a few days (it only bothered us, probably ).- Sheets with holes, too small, no coffee or tea in the roomsIn short, to summarize, a hotel with quality completely unrelated to the price of the rooms. More than 50€ euros out of season, it's really not worth it. To the wise! If you come, it's for the beach but not for the room 😊 knowing that there are many other hotels in the area, think carefully.

We almost stayed here, decided on the Siam Beach Resort instead. That was a great decision; I t’s way nicer and a lot quieter down that end of the beach. It’s very busy here , has mud not sand and there’s that ugly wall. And there’s no sunset view!
