We have been waiting over two years to come to Phuket due to Covid. This villa was not our first choice but thank goodness it was changed as it was the most amazing place we have ever visited. Due to COVID and having to book a SHB Plus Villa our travel advisor, Lindsay Garner from Travel Counsellors found this beautiful gem for us to visit. The Villa is very large and as a party of 4 we found that we only really used the downstairs (pool area) as it had everything we wanted.The location of the villa is on the East side of Phuket overlooking the most stunning views of Phuket and an Estuary with the most amazing sunsets. It was easy to get to anywhere in Phuket as the villa arranged an amazing driver to take us to where we wanted and then all we had to do was message our Villa Manager, Kenley who would arrange for the driver to collect us again. However, we did manage to get home ourselves one evening in a Tuk Tuk which Kenley absolutely loved when it arrived at the villa.The Villa is breathtaking and comes with 4 staff. Nothing was too much trouble and the villa was pristine morning, noon and night. Kenley and his team where available to us from 7am to 10pm but three staff stayed on site so if you did need them they were approachable.The food from breakfast to the dinner at night was cooked fresh daily by Chef. Anything from authentic Thai food to western food could be prepared and cooked and all was so beautiful and tasty.They never saw us without a drink throughout the day especially in such hot temperatures and were so attentive during meal times.The infinity pool was stunning and huge and looked over the Estuary and views of Phuket and was much needed.The four bedrooms were all roomy, spacious with plenty of hanging space. The beds are so comfortable and as well as being made up during the day they also provided a turn down service with fresh towels both morning and night.Our holiday was magical from the start and all this was enhanced by the wonderful staff at Villa Padma and the location of the Villa.

The beautiful Villa Padma, that was our abode for 5 days, very well kept spacious rooms, infinity pool with a picturesque view, indoor theatre to watch movies at your will, pool table, beautiful ambience, sumptuous food, and Icing on the cake is the staff of 4, from the manager, chef and two others who were always around us to take care of all our needs, warmth in their demeanor and excellent service. One of my best stays to date. I would recommend Villa Padma to one and all !!!!

This villa was absolutely gorgeous. The staff at the villa was amazing. The chef made the most delicious meals from full breakfast to a feast for our dinners. The other staff members Au, Jum, and Keanly were outstanding. They were very attentive and super friendly. They made our stay very memorable. Keanly the villa manager assisted in any arrangements for transportation or tours that we needed. We had an amazing stay and definitely will be coming back to this same villa.
