Koh Kood is a little more expensive in general. So maybe i had the wrong expectations. The resort is a three star location. Some bungalows are a run down. Inside it was clean, outside less than i expected. There is a nice beach but no beach chairs, no food service. My memories are mixed.

We went around June during the low season. season, I admit that the beach is very beautiful, the water is clear and I like the private atmosphere of the accommodation. The service was impressive because during the time we went there weren't many customers, but there were customers who kept coming to stay. The rooms are a little bit old. But overall, the sea, the sand, the beach is beautiful, the sunset in the evening, the atmosphere is like a dream, for anyone who likes to take pictures, you don't have to pose too much, it's beautiful, there are lots of photo angles, we really like the mud and rocks because we drive a motorbike. Travel to other places and the style is not like here. The food is delicious and breakfast is available. The morning is good, I like porridge, the dinner is delicious, the cocktails are very good. For those who want to go during the beginning of the rainy season, June - October, because there will be a lot of small gnats in the evening. It's good to carry medicine with you. It's also good to carry yogi powder and coconut oil to apply. The staff will tell you that the months when the sea is the most beautiful are February - April. In summary, it's beautiful.

Normally I'm not a person who reviews anyone. If it's really not the end I have to say that this was the most disappointing accommodation I've ever stayed in in my life. The first day I arrived I felt that the view was very good, the place was beautiful, the weather was good even though it was the monsoon period. But after that, there's nothing good at all. I would like to emphasize that "I don't recommend" the big ones. (The accommodation room is a bungalow with sea view)- Upon arrival, have dinner at the resort. The resort didn't ask, didn't mention, didn't explain what they wanted it to be like. But the bill comes out and calculates the price of a large dish. Everything is the most expensive. The price is announced for just pork, chicken, and clams for 180 baht. As for seafood, it's 300 baht, even beef sausage is 300 baht. We recommend looking at the price carefully before ordering. But because of the heavy rain So I had to remember to eat another late meal at the resort. The result was diarrhea and food poisoning in 3 people out of 5. They didn't sleep for most of the night. It is recommended to eat outside even if it rains and you have to pay for the car.: The room is very old. The water doesn't flow well. The butt spray is more powerful than the shower. The room floor is dirty. Walking around, the dust clings to your feet. Found cockroaches on the floor of the room and lizards on the curtains. Blankets are thinner than towels. The air conditioner makes loud noises all night. The jacuzzi tub looks like it's just for decorating the room because it doesn't really work.-serveThe service staff is very good. Even though some people can't speak Thai Almost didn't review because I felt sorry for the employees. But found service from “The grandson of the resort owner” who has no service mind Keep walking and say Please scoop out a little food and eat it all. Even though we just arrived Haven't eaten yet. which we are confident that we eat it all every time Which, according to etiquette, I think should not be said. In addition to being a person without manners The rest is undercooked bacon. can't eat The woman said “Do you want me to put it in the oven again?” We weren't surprised at all why the family had diarrhea. The bacon that you eat is left to cook in the same oven as the food that other customers cook. So I decided to review this one. Because I really have no patience.-The good thing that you can see is bias. The view is beautiful. My child got a wound from playing in the water and they still provide first aid. My husband has diarrhea and still allows me to bring food to eat. Otherwise, the husband would not have taken the medicine because he had no food to eat and could not get up.P.S. Please do not complain about the signs adjusting everything from the moment you step into the resort. Because it is the right of the hotel. As for beach equipment, we recommend preparing your own. Because I had to pay all the money to rent everything, plus I probably didn't have hygiene from what I found. But free life jackets are available for weak swimmers. Once is really more than enough.

Horrible Experience at A na Lay Resort - Avoid at All Costs! We had the misfortune of staying at A na Lay Resort in เกาะกูด, Thailand, and it was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. We traveled all the way from the USA, only to find a place that is severely outdated and falling apart.First, the bathroom door was practically falling off its hinges. The hot water was barely a trickle, more like a dripping rain than a shower. The refrigerator in our room was not just old but also incredibly rusty. To make matters worse, we found a cockroach in our room, which was absolutely disgusting. The so-called "hot tub" took over an hour to fill, only for us to discover that the machine wasn’t even working. We were left with a tub full of cold water. The food at the resort was subpar at best, yet they charged exorbitant prices. To add insult to injury, the owner's nephew kept walking around the dining area, reminding everyone that they would be charged ฿2000 for any leftover food. This constant harassment completely ruined our appetite and dining experience.Additionally, the air conditioning in our room barely worked, making it impossible to sleep comfortably in the sweltering heat. The resort grounds were poorly maintained, with overgrown weeds and broken pathways, creating an unsafe and unappealing environment. The staff were unhelpful and seemed indifferent to our concerns, providing no assistance or solutions to the numerous problems we faced.Overall, A na Lay Resort was an absolute nightmare. We urge everyone to avoid this place at all costs. Don't fall into the trap of their misleading advertisements – save your money and stay somewhere that values its guests and maintains basic standards of hospitality. This was our first and definitely our last time at A na Lay Resort.

The room is quite old. Inside the room is an old lotus hatch, wrapped with black spiral cable. The extra mattress is very thin.Breakfast has a few options to choose from. There are ants in the bread area. Porridge has only rice. Ask the staff I know it's fish porridge. So I had the employee bring it in for me.The resort area is not very clean, there are garbage bottles.Service of the receptionist. Good service. But the beach atmosphere is beautiful, the water is clear and natural.

The place is magnificent, but the whole island is magnificent. The hotel does not meet the standards of a hotel of this price. The bungalows need to be renovated, the staff is not very friendly, the food is not great.

The staff is perfect. The food in the restaurant is simply superb. The underwater world on the hotel beach is the best in Kokuda. …
