This took place in May 2024.Place: This hotel is a sub-service of Yanud Residence (Apartment). You have to go to Yanud Residence (nearby building) to check in. They are very strict about the check-in time, which is at 2 p.m. Even if the room is already cleaned and no guest has checked out before you, they do not allow early check-in and make you wait in front of the check-in counter where there is no AC or even a fan (it's very hot) .Exterior: The decor is in a bamboo style. The pool is in front of the building. The rooms have balconies with small beds and a view of the pool, but there is no partition for privacy. So, if you're on the balcony, guests in the next room can see you.Interior: It looks great for a budget hotel. The first thing you'll see in the room is a basin located outside of the restroom. The restroom is clean enough to use and doesn't have a sewer smell. They provide a hair dryer, soap, and shampoo. For bathing, the room has only a rain shower.Next is the main room. The bed is okay (2 large pillows, 2 small pillows). They provide 2 bottles of water. The TV in this room is an old version of a smart TV, allowing you to watch only cable TV and YouTube.The main problem with this hotel's room is the air conditioner. The AC can't cool the room even if you turn it on for an hour during the daytime, and it makes a noise as loud as a washing machine. The AC engine is overworked, and the sound is very annoying. I talked to the reception, and they told me that every room in this hotel has the same AC, so even if you change rooms, the problem can't be solved. At night, after 12:00 a.m.(24.00), the outside temperature drops, so the AC doesn't have to work as hard compared to the daytime. The noise decreases to a level that you can sleep, but it is still audible.Service: My experience with the hotel's WiFi was poor. I couldn't log in to the hotel WiFi. I reported this to the receptionist, who came to my room and spent about 10 minutes investigating the problem. Then, they went somewhere to fix it. It took about 1.5 hours to solve the problem, which is a long time.Location: This hotel is very, very great in this aspect. It is located near Phuket Bus Station 2, a local home cooking restaurant, and a 7-11 (convenience store), all within walking distance (<800 m).

There should be an additional shower in the bathroom. The room next to the pool only has a shower, the TV is a smart TV but can't watch YouTube or Netflix.If you can use it, it will be perfect.
