First impression was not so good.I came late in evening and say hello !Two Alien in reception desk say nothing so i think they are deaf or mute or bothIs this the way you unwelcoming your paying customers ?After i gave my passport and i did it my own ,nobody again asking it ,finally one lady start talk !What an earth frontdesk !Next hotel came to welcoming me inthe street,front of they hotel !Hotel, price, room and breakfast and service next day was miraculously really well.Nice looking hotelImprove and educate you receptionYou Have good hotel to run

Good budget hotel in Trat. We normally sleep over here on our way from Bangkok to Koh Kood. Rooms are clean and breakfast is good. Overall high value for the price.

Front staff provide service as if they don't want to serve // Compared to Avada, a full score of 5 is only 1.5-2. Seriously, being a front staff should have to explain details to customers such as coming to stay and having food. What time in the morning until what time? This is when the payment is completed and nothing is informed to the customer, so I'm confused and have to ask the customer myself. And when swiping the customer's card when the customer is staying for more than one day, you should ask whether the customer is comfortable paying for one or two days. This aspect is not considered very good. As for the hotel, the accommodations are good and the rooms are compact and cute, not wide, suitable for a single person, but clean, the air conditioner is cool, considered good to a certain extent.

I didn't take any photos. But I will try to describe it as clearly as possible. First, the reception part. Spacious and clean As for the room, it's not very wow. The bed was comfortable. But it doesn't hold much sound. The room was not very airy and felt uncomfortable. But what I really want to praise is the breakfast. It was very well done. Anyone who goes to stay should eat the croissants from the hotel. You shouldn't miss it. You ate many pieces. Regarding the location, it's very good, in the heart of the city. But the sign indicating the entrance to the school is not very clear and blends in with the other signs. The first time I went, I drove past and had to take a U-turn and come back again.

The room is ok, not shabby, but the service in the Front needs to be improved. Can't find check-in information through the app. Checking out was left waiting to check the room for a long time. Until I had to follow to know that I could go. The breakfast was delicious. But no ice is provided.

We were in Trat for the Trat City Night Fun Run and this hotel was recommended.Excellent central location 200m off the main road (quiet) with perfectly clean rooms, comfortable bed, aircon, small balcony, good buffet breakfast, gym and pool.Easy 800m walk to Lotus supermarket and shops.Quick check-in and check-out from reception.Will stay here again.
