Hey everyone!Just wanted to share a bit about my 10-day water fasting journey – it’s been quite a ride! First off, huge thanks to all of you for the awesome treatment and support. I got all the benefits I wanted!It kicked off with a salad on day one, then just water from there. Fun fact: I lost 7 kg, dropping from 94 to 87 kg! My ketones were high from the first day, so my body got the hang of it really fast. I kept drinking high pH 9.5 water twice daily. The first three days were tough, but by the fourth and fifth days, I was feeling super energized and honestly, I felt like a superhero! 🌟Kept joking around telling people to keep going for more days instead of stopping short – guess I became the unofficial fasting motivator! 😅I'm really happy with how it turned out and I’m definitely looking forward to coming back to LifeCo again in the future. Thanks so much, everyone!Cheers

One of the most incredible experiences I have had in Asia.The place is beautiful, the staff super attentive and friendly. I did the Master detox, a great experience, I lost 2.5 kilos in 3 days.The activities they offer are excellent, the attention of the doctors is second to none.Totally recommended. I will be back!!!

I found this place through the health products that I was using back at home. When I was looking for a detox centre in Thailand I had noticed the same name as the quality health Cayenne & Lemon + liver detox products named Thelifeco.I have contacted the centre and booked it. And it has been a fantastic experience, people who work there are really attentive, everyone knows what they are doing and the resort is very pretty + close to a couple of fantastic beaches. You can hire a scooter through the reception or you can use the shuttle service they provide to get to nearby beachesThe General Manager Mr Cem is a very likable person, who personally involves with well being of the guests throughout the detox process, as well as special teams take care of all the guests individually. It sure is a positive life changing experience with all the treatments from Colon Hydro Therapy to ozone treatment.Highly recommended

After 3 times LifeCo I chose another place this year.LifeCo got more expensive and more confused every year.Too bad they do not get it properly managed and organized.To me it felt like a busy bus terminal.For the price I found a way more professional and relaxing place by any means.

The LifeCo exceeded my expectations in every way possible. The team here is the most genuine, caring, and passionate group ever. They actually make you feel so cared for and supported every single day. Plus the visitors are absolutely lovely, you're meeting people from all over the world - all coming to better their health and find peace 🤍 It is actually such a beautiful experience, and an incredibly effective program. I really can’t rate this place as it had its ups and down. Great detox program. Poor communication and staff. Poor management. Not doing well under pressure so you never know how your experience would turn out.

Came here few months ago, whist I really enjoyed the detox part of the program, juices and amazing vegan food. I was a bit disappointed in the yoga classes. There needs to be more variety, same class every other day. Too military, not peaceful. More creativity needed to address parts of the anatomy gently! The tennis ball class can go. Please get some new authentic teachers,(and mediation gurus) I will come back, otherwise lovely program.

Great detox surrounding by professionals.I always felt like I was well managed, listened and treated.Food was great as I love plant based food.Activity were also good. Yoga was excellent!!!!!!!!Saying that, I wished they had more activities & a better location and resort. Felt too small and not much to do for 2 weeks.Expensive for what I got but at the end it worth it!Thanks to all!

A private resort for those who need a body service. They have several systems that you follow with them....And all the systems include vegetables, fruits, and some uncooked things...they have water fasting, juice fasting, light fasting, and so on...they have a protocol that they follow...the meal or juice comes to you wherever it is at the resort at its appointed time...A very quiet resort for relaxation... it is far from services and close to the beach, 5 minutes by car... and close to the airport, 10 minutes by car...
