Yak is a really really nice place to stay! The bungalow is simple but has everything you need.And Yak himself is the nicest host you can wish for! We had such a great time there!Thanks!!

Yak is definitely the nicest host you can meet in a Guesthouse. I had a yummy bbq fish after my arrival and he offered me even to use his bike for free spontaneously to change money at the nearby ATM. You help yourself with drinks from the fridge, but please be honest and write it down or tell Yak please, the beach is just 1 minute away and the mini market opposite is quite useful and offers nice Thai food as well. Thank you Yak for everything, you come as a stranger but leave as a friend.

Simple rustic bungalow at reasonable prices. Although not sea-facing, it's located 1 min by foot away from Klong Koi Beach. The place is definitely highly-rated because of the owner: Yak! Friendly, honest, helpful and relaxed, Yak is a great guy to do business with. He shares his kitchen with guests and you can use his fridge as well. He rents scooters at reasonable prices. He also sells drinks (beer, water, soft drinks) and snacks (fruits, tidbits). There are restaurants just opposite or down the street so the location is pretty. The nearest better-stocked mini-mart is 10mins on foot at Rasta View.Being generally quite wild, it is normal to expect all kinds of animals around the bungalows: pretty geckos, squirrels, mice, cockroaches ..watch out for the mosquitoes in the evening and sandflies on the beachThe bungalow is located along a small street so it can get noisy with scooters and trucks moving up and down the village.

Yak is really amazing and very friendly ! The bungalows are very clean with a nice hammock to chill in the jungle. The location is perfect for chilling and it is just near the beach. Perfect experience, I highly recommend 🥰

I've seen bunch of bungalows but this is definitely one of the best. Good bed, spacious, nice bathroom and big deck outside with hammock, bench and a table. It was extremely hard to leave this place.

To begin with, when we arrived it was not easy to access, it was in the middle of nowhere, there were no markets nearby, there was nothing within reach, there was no reception, so we didn't know where to go, the owner wasn't there either, a neighbor had to go look for it because otherwise we were going to stay there until someone decided to help us.When Yak arrives, the very friendly guy always shows us the place we had, he also explains everything to us and then leaves, the problem was not the attention but the conditions, in the middle of the night we had to go look for him to change us room since ours had mosquitoes, cockroaches and spiders. The tull to prevent insects from entering when you sleep was clearly also broken... the dirt in the bathroom (there was also no hot water) in the same bad condition as the establishment. I should also say that the “kitchen” is not a kitchen, there is no oven. It is simply a gas bottle and a refrigerator. While trying to cook, the owner next to us was using substances while all his friends were out there too. The Wi-Fi is not the owner's either and does not have sufficient range. Needless to say, we are hard pressed by this situation and we are surprised that a company like Booking allows this accommodation to be sold. Maybe at some point it was successful, but the images on the internet are not the same and everything is clearly abandoned.We slept only one night there and changed hostels regardless of the money we had already paid.

Great place! YAK us extremly friendly and helpful and very conserned that guests have a good time. Nice bungalows with powerful fans. Small porch with a bench and hammock.Shared kitchen and fridge is avaliable.

Back to basics. I spent 4 nights here. Yak is a very attentive and accommodating host. We have felt comfortable since the first moment. You have your own bungalow with bathroom, bed and veranda. It is very simply furnished but functional and sufficient. Our bungalow didn't have AC but that wasn't a problem. There is also only cold water, but warmed to lukewarm by the sun isn't a bad thing either. There is also a communal kitchen with everything you need. The proximity to the beach, about 1 minute walk, is also very positive. The only negative point is the street, which is also very close, and unfortunately it is always noisy at night.There is a small mini market and restaurant directly opposite, but there is plenty of choice in the area. TIP: Yuyu's Beach Bar offers free sun loungers on the beach!

Perfect Bungalow for the klima koh chang. Very clean, fresh towels. Market next to the Bungalows. Quiet and near to the beach. Yak is an excellent host and always helpful. This is our home away from home.

We looked at a lot of bungalows in this price range on koh Chang. For this price yak bungalows are excellent. Lots of nice touches. Yak himself is very friendly and helpful. Decent shared facilities too if you want to prep your own food, make and hot drink, borrow a fridge etc...
