Pros: beautiful sea views, lovely big room, kind and helpful staff - they did everything they could to help us and keep the room clean.Cons: infested with massive red ants that come up through the floorboards after sunset!! The area outside the room was also infested. Both the staff and we tried to get rid of them with ant spray, to no avail. Shower stopped working several times. Place is generally run down.This clearly used to be a lovely place to stay, but perhaps a lack of funds or a presence from the owners means that it has become very run down and the staff's hands are often tied when they want to help. We are currently awaiting a refund for 3 nights, which actually means we are waiting for the big bosses (OYO Corporation) to approve it...

Staff friendly, but "Superior" The bed is not superior not comfortable, you feel the springs, it hurts your back a lot. Loss of money only, The rest I'll leave you with an overview in photos, it has nothing to do with the photos on their site.

I usually like a firm mattress but this was ridiculous. The ciment floor had more give than the mattress. The rooms are clean but the grounds could be much cleaner. There's garbage scattered around. The pool was inviting on a hot day. I don't think much work is done to maintain what was once a beautiful hotel.

I came back to stay here again on the one year anniversary of my return to my country and I still chose to come back and stay here in peace. And it's not chaotic, and what's even better is that two of the employees here take care of me very well, always paying attention to me. And this is the main thing that makes me want to come back and stay here again is their employees here.

This place accepts reservations without refunds despite being full.Check that they really have the room before booking!We booked a superior room and when we arrived they gave us a bungalow in the back because they had no more rooms available. We wanted to book other nights, available on agoda, but the staff told us that they were fully booked and that the site did not allow them to block the rooms.We don't know if it was the truth or simple discrimination against us.The place itself is nice but poorly maintained, the bathroom smelled like sewage all the time and the pool was always full of leaves.

This place may have been nice years ago but is now clearly falling apart. Our room was filled with bugs and geckos, including a massive cockroach in the bathroom. The window handle broke as we tried to close it and the locks didn’t work. We ended up refusing to stay and found other accommodation. However, the receptionist was as nice as possible in trying to help us and did refund our money. Overall bizarre experience.

Made reservations online with a No Refund Policy. I arrive and they say they are sold out but still having bookings online after I am denied.I asked for my refund and it was denied.I will revise this review if my money is refunded but I will be surprised to receive a voluntary refund from this Hotel.

The atmosphere is very good. Clean rooms, complete amenities. Next to tourist attractions Even though it's far from the pier, it's peaceful. The service staff is very good, impressed, especially Khun Boom. Provide every convenience Very friendly, speaks sweetly, smiles. Thank you. Next time I come to Koh Chang, I will choose this place again :)

I stayed in Navagio 15 days while in low season with my boyfriend and we had a great time!Staff team is really nice and welcoming! I felt home the whole stay.The room was spacious, clean and simple, perfect to spend the night listening to the ocean🌊Location is great in lonely beach, next to every bar and restaurant by walk.Thank you to all the staff for their service, it was amazing (Som at FO…)

I’m writing a belated review from Song Gran, but as I understand it, nothing has changed now😁I just just got around to it.I can say that several days in this hotel were the most terrible for me of all my trips.We booked a room a month before our visit, but when we arrived (2 hours later than check-in time), our room was not ready.There was water and sand everywhere and there was no TV!We left our things and went to the beach.When we returned, the room was ready, but the TV never showed up.We were also informed that there was no water in the bathroom (!!!), but it would appear in a couple of hours.As a result, the water never appeared and we were told that we could take a shower from a ladle in a public toilet (!)The water appeared the next day, but it was dark brown (it remained that way all days).Also, no one ever suggested cleaning (even when quite a large number of leaves from the street accumulated in the shower😆)In addition, there were heaps of garbage throughout the hotel, and there was garbage in the pool.A little later, chairs joined the trash in the pool (see photo and video).We periodically wrote to the hotel manager, but this did not help.At the same time, the manager didn’t even think to apologize to us even once🤷🏻♂️This is what New Year is like 😁

Location is in a good position in lonely beach.Really bad smell the second night in the room.Beds not very comfortable and towels a bit used and had stains.Service superb, staff really nice and accommodating.Budget friendly.

This place reopened only recently after a few years. It has really nice potential. Our stay was really good thanks to Boom! He helped us a lot and was very friendly and kind.

Our stay in Navagio was very nice. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Boom! The neighborhood was also very cleaned and friendly. I can recommend this place to everyone.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but what really stood out was the manager, Boom Boom.Boom Boom was incredibly attentive and ensured I had a comfortable stay. He was very helpful and patiently answered all my questions. His hospitality and professionalism were impressive and I felt at home.The room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities I needed. The bed was very comfortable and I was able to have a restful night.Overall it was a wonderful stay and I would recommend the boutique hotel to anyone looking for great accommodation. Many thanks to Boom Boom and the entire staff.5 stars out of 5!
