The facility is large and very well maintained. A large, beautiful and clean room awaited us with a huge bed and a small terrace with a beautiful view. Everything you needed was there (enough towels, drinking water, soap, shampoo, shower gel, bathrobes, etc.) There was even free transport to and from the private beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was big enough and very clean. Unfortunately the lights at/in the pool were turned off at 7 p.m. and not at 8 p.m. as advertised. The fitness room was inadequate. It was not air-conditioned and the few appliances it had were outdated. You just noticed that it wasn't the peak season :(Unfortunately the restaurant was only open until 7:30 p.m., but it tasted good. The breakfast was also great! Something for every taste. I would definitely come here again!

Beautiful garden, beautiful swimming pool and clean and functional room for 900 bahts per night, with breakfast included, the service is slow and the catering is the weak point of this hotel, there is a shuttle to the beach because the hotel is a little isolated

The hotel is very good, the rooms are clean even though it has been open for a very long time. The service staff is very good, the price is very low, there is a swimming pool, the breakfast is delicious, I recommend it. It's exactly as it is. Other places don't quite match it, there's a lot of parking. In other places, parking on the side of the road is dangerous. I really like it.

Even though the hotel itself is not next to the beach, but they provide a shuttle to the hotel’s private beachThe Thai food that they serve in breakfast are really good for both of the day that I’m staying. It’s not that fancy it’s only to selection, but both of them are good and it’s rotating so not the same food every day.The room is quite big and maybe because this is a rainy season so the price is very reasonable.Also, the service are excellent. All of their staff are very nice, polite, and helpful.To some of I am actually quite impressed with this place.

They were incredibly nice and helpful the entire time! This place is amazing—the food at the restaurant is fantastic, and I loved having breakfast included. The location is surrounded by nature, the rooms are spacious, and the staff was always attentive. I will definitely come back again!

The complex is very well maintained and beautifully landscaped. Everything is clean and the staff are very friendly and attentive.Nice pool, not huge but sufficient.The breakfast is very clear, the selection is too small and there is not everything until the end of the buffet. Definitely too expensive for 350 baht (standard price). For 150 baht you can get an excellent á la carte breakfast in town.The fitness room is unusable. It smells unpleasant, the equipment is broken, old and dirty. This should only be shown on the website again after a complete renovation.

Now the name has changed.The prices inside the resort are the same as outside, making it very affordable.The rooms are nice and the pool is nice too.This is a place I want to visit again.

The rooms are nice, a little bit dark though but the views outside and the water behind the homestays is definitely worth it. Staff is really friendly and service more than good. The food could be better however overal great experience

As per check today the breakfast is nothing fancy, small buffet of some fried eggs, sausages and little veggies, very minimalistic personally I wouldn't pick nothing from that. The coffee machine room - out of order, the fitness room is mostly broken machine and out of order... Yeah the rooms are nice and this is a nice resort but you can definitely see why it's only 3 star resorts and not 4 as it should. Currently , July 2024. Not impressive resort at all. Maybe they will fix there what need to be fix and they will be great agian. For now.. this hotel is the shadow of himself from the high seasons.

I would like to share my experience of coming to Koh Chang for the first time. We came to work but forgot to reserve accommodation. I thought about it when I got off work around 9:00 p.m., almost 10:00 p.m. and called many hotels, more than 10, but no one answered the phone. Until I called at the Annika hotel around 10:00 p.m. With a lot of luck, P'Prak was at work answering the phone. We asked for room details. Until he went to look and concluded that there was a room available but it was a double bed, so we were fine. But he said that Reception Closes at 11 p.m. We hurried away immediately. When I got there, I told him that there was nowhere to answer the phone, only here. He said that at first he almost didn't receive it, but he called and asked a senior or someone and he said that he accepted it. We arrived at our accommodation at around 4:40 p.m. Finally, I would like to say that I am very impressed, especially the receptionist, who is polite and has very good service, giving good advice, and the hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is very good. I really like it. If I have the opportunity, I would like to come back and stay here again. Thank you for the last chance to almost sleep at the temple.🤣♥️🙏

Annika is simply Fantastic,From the kindest staff, to the clean and spacious room (with good wi-fi), to the tasty & varied breakfast!The location right in the middle of the island is perfect, it's very easy to catch the local taxi on the road if you're not using scooters. While the resort is near the road, it's absolutely quiet and even meditative as they have the most amazing garden.I stayed at Annika for several weeks and everyday was a pleasure.Thank you!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for everything!This place left us speechless. The service – just outstandingly good. Super kind and helpful. The price is simply undefeated. We paid 22€ per night for a super spacious superior room and paradisic breakfast buffet included. The pool was also for use and we could dry out clothes at the terrace next to the room. We looked like this all the time: 🤩🤩!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for the breakfast buffet. It was such a big choice. I think there is everything you can imagine for breakfast. And if you wanna chill at the resort you can also have lunch and dinner there. Prices are good. 👌🏼⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ the pool and the garden are just awesome. Nice Bali vibes, clean water and a jacuzzi. They even provide you with pool towels & daily service.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ the superior room is super spacious, aircon working well. Super big bed, fridge with drinks (you have to pay most of it extra). Bathroom was big enough, warm water worked. Some small lights made it also possible to enjoy in the evening. I don't like it when it's only 100% full light or darkness. Thanks for this. 🙏🏼***** We didn't have time to try out the small gym room. And there are so many other things. The staff helps you with motorbike rent, excursions, transfer to the pier or other places on the island.With motorbike it's just 2-5 min to any food places, 7-eleven and other necessities. A lot of pharmacies around.

Incredibly beautiful resort with great, large rooms and beautiful gardens. The pool is great to relax in and the staff is always polite and helpful. The breakfast is also delicious, but the selection of fruit could be a little larger.The hotel's own beach is perfect if you want some peace and quiet and can be reached in less than 10 minutes by scooter or the shuttle provided by the hotel.The location is also great, relatively central on the west side, you can quickly reach all the beautiful things on the island.If you can do without a beach right in front of your door and are looking for a nice and quiet place to stay on Ko Chang, this is absolutely the right place for you. In addition, the price-performance ratio is unbeatable.
