Every day we walk past this swamp and are perplexed. Your storm drains are clogged - don't go near the hotel - is it really impossible to remove the water at least with a broom? A car drove by - the whole hotel was in a puddle, it was especially funny when the windows were open. That is, realistically, you have a swamp, from the rains, frogs are already croaking there. The neighbors remove the water because they understand that no one will come to them. Here the staff just plugs into their phones inside. As they say, it will resolve itself.

The toilet didn't flush, blocked up but that's common for Thailand and other Asian countries. People, tourists keep flushing toilet paper when it's signed posted to use bins EVERYWHERE. Put your paper, sanitary and condoms IN THE BIN! Not the fault of hotel.

The room was large. Wonderful location by the beach. The ladies took care of us, we had a supply of towels... and there was always a smile on their faces.

Perfect spot right across the street from the beach. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beach towels were provided daily.Only complaint is the mattress.

A family run business, which I always love, with generous sized rooms at a fantastic price for the location. I love finding affordable, homely hotels in overpriced, sought after areas and this is one. The manager, Min, speaks fluent English, which is refreshingly resassuring when preparing for a flight home. Min was really helpful and chilled, even bought me some wrapping paper from the local shop to wrap presents for my son. The hotel has an massage parlour and a local German/Thai restaurant. The beach opposite is stunning and quiet, unlike the tourist machine of Laguna further down the coast. And a short scooter ride from Banana Beach, a stunning place to say Goodbye (or Hello) to your holiday. Do stay here.

Stayed here back in 2010 with my extended family for Christmas and rented the entire villa for the week. Very clean and reasonable with lots of space for 8-10 people. Really close to the beach and restaurants. Perfectly suited for families who prefer to self cater, like a quieter and safer beach area to stay at. Very friendly owner picked us up and drove us back to the airport made us feel right at home.

Receptionist absent three quarters of the time.Cleanliness of the room which leaves something to be desired (yellowed cushions). Bedroom mosquito net with holes, bath towels with holes.
