The owner was so sweet and a very nice old lady. She gave us free fruits and water every time we came to the restaurant. The area is quiet and serene. We have the whole beach almost for ourselves.

I spent 5 nights in a seafront bungalow. Magnificent view, the bay is calm, the staff friendly, the garden green and full of flowers, restaurant also top notchAnd of course the pluses with the swimming pool and possibility of renting a scooter present at the hotelIf you are looking for calm and serenity this is the ideal placeI recommend!! Besides, my parents have booked here for January 😉

We have visited Koh Yao Seaview twice. The first time in 2015 and then in 2024. Both times we enjoyed ourselves so much that we stayed many days longer than planned. Now we look forward to the next time we go back.The bungalows are nice, clean and well maintained. The garden, which surrounds the Bungalows, is well kept and has many bushes/hedges with flowers, which attract lots of butterflies.The pool is also great (and clean!)! The beach is beautiful, but is best suited for swimming at high tide because it is very shallow. At low tide, there are many crabs there, which the children thought was fun.The location is good. Quiet surroundings, with some shops and good eateries within walking distance. The view from the beach is absolutely fantastic! It is also possible to rent motorbikes and tuk-tuks if you want to experience the rest of the island.The restaurant serves most "regular" Thai dishes. We liked the food so much that we ate most of our meals there.We can highly recommend Koh Yao Seaview. Both because of the location and the facilities, but also because of the people there.PS! Also recommend booking a massage on the beach! And a day trip by longtail boat to the nearby islands.

We stayed two nights in two different bungalows, a pool view followed by a beach view.Both were spotlessly clean easily meeting western standards (which we find is not always the case in Thailand) and the resort provided a kettle, water, tea, coffee and coffee mate which were really appreciated. There were also mosquito nets above the beds and a fridge.The place is family run and the family are absolutely adorable, I injured my hands during my stay and they were so kind, bringing me ice and a plate of fruit to cheer me up.The on-site restaurant is excellent and they are happy to make adapt spice 🌶️🌶️🌶️ levels to suit your palette- Thai Spicy for us! The food was so good we even returned whilst staying at another resort.Koh Yao Noi is a largely Muslim Island, so finding beers can be trickier than in the rest of Thailand but this resort has a self service beer fridge with reasonable prices.The resort is set back from the road so we found it blissfully quiet and the beach is perfect for walking along!

Beach view cabin was amazing. They are more basic than a fancy resort but a/c was cold, bed was comfy and the view is beautiful. We ate at the restaurant there and had beautiful meals. They take a few minutes longer but are definitely worth the wait as they are super fresh. Had the best garlic pepper chicken , twice it was so good. Hire scooter in house was super convenient. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Special shout out to the 2x lady chefs I snuck into the kitchen to thank when I was half drunk. Lol. Beautiful place to just sit and relax.

We loved the beautiful location of the hotel, and the food was delicious and at a great price!The service was OK but not exceptional, in fact I wanted to organize a surprise with the hotel for my sister and her wife for their wedding anniversary.I took it in advance to organize massage, romantic thing in the room..the hotel was not attentive because they did not try to give me more information than that.Then they made a move to put flowers on the bed, bad luck it was the wrong room.They did not clean the room during the stay (they gave us clean towels on the day of check out) 10 minutes before our departure…The cleanliness of the bathroom leaves something to be desired, and the equipment in the room is not superb (no desk, no mirror, etc.)No coffee or kettle available, and we didn't have a bottle of water, the price of this hotel was higher than the average in Thailand, we expected better..Then the laundry, they lost one of my t-shirts and I put on a sweater that wasn't mine, they refunded my t-shirt however but they charged me for the toast and coffee for breakfast (something that he didn't do it before) after this incident, as a sort of revenge because I asked them to reimburse me for their mistake..I am especially disappointed with the lack of involvement of the team in the surprise I wanted to give my sister.I still recommend the hotel because it is well located, delicious food, friendly staff.I think above all that there are not enough staff and that the people who work there have to do a lot of things, it is up to the boss to resolve this by hiring more staff to improve the quality of service and give the current staff some breathing space.

An absolute dream!!! In addition to the unbeatable price-performance ratio of this accommodation, this family was just so incredibly nice and welcoming that for me it is by far the best accommodation on Koh Yao Noi. We already knew before our stay that the tides are very noticeable in this bay. We had a scooter with a sidecar and the four of us got to great restaurants and locations on the island. The food in the accommodation was delicious and also very cheap - so you could eat there at any time without having to drive to another location. Unfortunately there were a lot of jellyfish in the sea at the time, which wasn't ideal for our children, but that's how it happens in nature from time to time. We can absolutely recommend this family and accommodation.
