This is not the first time we have stopped.Everything is great: staff, cleanliness, rooms.Close to the beach. A wonderful cafe with the best breakfasts and drinks in all of Bang Tao!Ps. I am updating this review after two years of traveling here.The service is still great, the hotel is not “tired”😃

Everything was great! My family and I spent 16 days in this hotel:- very good owners;- friendly staff;- good cleaning of the rooms;- bottled water is replenished every day;- beach towels, diving masks, balls, beach mats;- fans, air conditioners in every room;- wi-fi in the rooms;- on the territory there is a small swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, in the shade of plants;- cafe;- to the street with cafes, pharmacies, fruit shops, 7/11, massages, taxis - 5 minutes;- to the beach - 5 minutes;- to a large supermarket - about 2.5 km.- next to the hotel, there is a karaoke bar, a mosque and a residential area of locals, which begin to “rustle” from 5 in the morning, so you won’t be able to sleep with the window open - first the screams from the karaoke will not let you, and then the sounds from the mosque will wake you up.But this has nothing to do with the hotel.

We stayed a week in Baan Rosa. The family room was perfect for our needs. Very large rooms with 2 separate bathrooms, a large balcony, and a kitchen. The apartment was very clean with AC. Beach towels supplied and snorkelling equipment, too. The location was perfect, close to everything, yet still in a quiet area.

I really liked the hotel.We felt at home.The hotel has very beautiful, handmade furniture and decorations.Friendly staff.Very comfortable beds, wet cleaning every day.A kitchen with everything you need on the balcony is a plus.The place is quiet, away from noise.In the morning there is an excellent cafe with delicious coffee.I hope we'll be back again.

Baan Rosa exceeded expectations! Friendly staff, big rooms with working AC/fans, comfy bed, outdoor kitchen was a plus as well! Would absolutely stay here againGreat location—5 minute walk to beach with many shops restaurants & bars within walking distance, 7 minute walk to bangtao gym

Super cute hotel. Rooms are very very clean and quiet. People working there are just very kind and helpful. The hotel is only 5 minutes by walk to the very nice Bangtao beach. Also you can have breakfast at the little café of the hotel and everything is delicious!!! Highly recommended.
