Service was terrible. We got the room without the window for our one night stay. We accepted room because we were just passing by. Maybe the hotel was over book. We didn't get any explanations. Just "sights"! Worse service experience in Thailand.

Rooms were spacious and clean however there were no basics provided. Had to ask for water to be provided and had to wash and shower in the morning with just water as their was no soap provided. Had to ask to get soap as well. If these basic necessities were provided up front, then i would rate it higher.

We ended up checking out a day early. The hotel is dated, and long overdue a renovation. The room had an odd smell, and the bathroom wasn't particularly clean. Staff were OK, but we had to ask for towels to be provided.
