Cosy little rooms, with air conditioning that works really well. Well maintained gardens, outdoor seating, Fridges in rooms.Beds are a bit hard but after a day in pai I fell asleep in no time at all.Only 1 street from walking street markets.Plenty of local and western food nearby,

I stayed here for one month and a half. Loved every moment I stayed there, the family that run the guesthouse are so nice!! The guesthouse is located in the perfect place, 1 minute walk from the walking street but still it’s quiet there!! I also stayed some time solo as a female and I felt so safe there alone. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The garden is beautiful!! The women working there are the best and they are the nicest person ever!! It felt just like home for me!! Best place to stay in pai!!! Loveeee it and would definitely go back again!! Thank you for everything🙏🏻❤️

Pretty little guest house a stone's throw from the walking street but quiet, in a small garden.The room was simple and clean.The bedding is a little hard (as is often the case in Asia).The family that runs the place is very nice.Good accommodation in the center of Pai!

Loved this place! First place in my trip i give 5 stars. The host was so lovely, great location, clean and nice rooms with AC. We had noisy neighbors next door but besides that definitely recommend!! Great mountain view and you can even see the buddha statue.

The location of this property is ideal with a short cut to the heart of the Walking Street. Comfy semi detached bungalows with their own patios with tables and chairs in wonderfully maintained gardens with literally hundreds of plants and flowers. Ample parking for your scooter and free water and coffee everyday. Run by a lovely family. Rooms and bathroom are basic with fridge and kettle and an old tv. The mosquito proof doors and windows make for an uninterrupted sleep.

Nice place to be when you are visiting Pai. The location is superb, very near the center of town but still quiet and green. The big garden was a plus for our kids as it gave them a place to play. The service was good. The rooms were OK; we had no issues but they weren't great either. However as a package, staying here is recommended.

This place had everything for be the best, but is just medium bad. The bathroom looklike never was problably clean. And there spader in the room.
The garden is so much better the room. I wish the put more love for the clientes

Baankanoon Guest HouseIf you are looking for accommodation in the heart of the city in Pai District. Accommodation that is only a few tens of meters from the walking street, but quiet and at a very cheap price. There are rooms in the back, ensuite bathrooms, hot water available, and free coffee in the morning. You can choose here. The only problem is Make a reservation because it's always full. The owner's aunt is very kind. The accommodation can see the mist at Phra That Mae Yen. Baan Khanun Guesthouse is a better choice than anyone else.

+ Location is perfect, it's near to walking street, but hidden between other buildings which gives a calm and pleasant atmosphere (besides the roosters next door). The owner is a very nice and friendly person. Houses are cozy and with quite simple but nice interiors, kittens were the only highlight at this place.- My house was filthy. It wasn't cleaned and things such as a rug, and cups were not changed and were dirty. Spider webs and small bugs were just a small things among that stuff.

There is no air conditioning, there is no ventilation in the bathroom, and there is quite a bit of dust here and there... The location is good, the garden is really pretty, and it's quiet... The owner is very friendly, but the condition of the room is disappointing.

Very good value for money. Fan room costs 300 baht. Pai is very small, but the location of the accommodation is quiet and good. The toilet and shower are a bit disappointing. Good value for money.

There's a picturesque garden, so it's worth spending the day with a cup of coffee at the accommodation. Due to the nature of bungalows, humidity is unavoidable, but it's okay if you ventilate it well for a day.
