The rooms are very beautiful, suitable for relaxing, quiet, good construction materials. The service staff is very good. Facilities are considered complete. The pool is beautiful and clean. But it might not be very big. There is no fitness center or large swimming pool. There were only 2 bottles of welcome water in the room, which were not freshly carved bottles. But it was water that was added in a glass bottle. The day we went to stay, it was raining and there was water leaking from the light switch. Must have employees come to repair it. The second day it rained. The power went out almost all day. But it's good that he wasn't in the room. Coming back in the evening, the fire had just come on. I feel sorry for the people staying in the room. During the rain, the room is quite stuffy. If you open the door there will be a lot of mosquitoes. Overall, the rooms are good, the service is good, but I would like to add more about fixing the power outage. and more things in the room than usual Because the price and what was received were quite unimpressive. The journey may be a bit steep. For anyone who has never driven up the mountain, we recommend coming during the daytime.

I booked a honeymoon package and they did not prepare anything in the room. The electricity suddenly went out with the water and they said it would turn on after 6 hours, not guaranteed..They take a deposit of 2000 baht, very primitive and communication with the staff in the WhatsApp group where inside his people I am, the place is full of strange insects and lizards😅There are no empty water bottles, they are all refilled.I do not recommend trying it 👋🏼

My experience at this hotel was very bad. We booked 5 nights and were unable to finish. We left 24 hours before..It is very primitive and there are a lot of insects. Suddenly the electricity went off and the water went off together and they informed us that it would be back on in about 6 hours😃!I do not recommend it to anyone 🙏🏼

It is a Duplex room with a swimming pool in the room area. The swimming pool is small but can actually be used. The size is not very small. But I can't swim seriously. The tools and facilities are quite complete. Kitchen equipment is complete. You can buy things outside to cook yourself. The TV is clear and good, you can watch YouTube, Netflix, etc. The high-speed internet is good and uninterrupted. If you come to relax with your family, it is considered very worthwhile. No need to go outside Can stay all day without getting bored.

This is my review of the hotel with my familyHelloThere is no trace of pepper againThe swimming pool is open so you can see the neighbors next to you, there is no coverI sat in it for 5 days. Honestly, it's very bad. There are many problems. You can't get a car to take you on a tour like other hotels. You get them under there, but that's not it.All services are far from youMongoose and insects are present.I wished they would provide bottled water from better companies than bottled water for drinking and what they includeOnly for those who play it, as I mentioned, far from services and activities, but it is truly beautiful and relaxing with insectsTheir breakfast is not delicious at all, I do not recommend itSome of their food is not halalI tried dinner and breakfast, but I do not recommend it. The taste is dullEspecially at Chic Out, be careful of them as they will charge you anything if they happen before

I recently stayed at the Akra collection, and it was an exceptional experience that exceeded my expectations in every way. Staff extremely courteous, PAK in particular went out of her way to make my stay memorable, she is very pleasant, helpful and professional.The check-in process was seamless and efficient, with the front desk staff providing a warm welcome and detailed information about the hotel’s amenities. Throughout my stay, the service was top-notch, with attentive staff always ready to help with a smile.My room was a perfect retreat. It was spacious, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep each night.

The room is great and we loved it, however the attitude of the staff is concerning.We informed them before coming that we are on our honeymoon but we came to an empty room with two bottles of water and nothing special!!!We did not like the breakfast, the omelette has nothing to do with omelettes. But they were able to make us pancakes, which was nice of them.The location is not ideal, it’s far, however it’s great for people who want to enjoy the isolation and the privacy.On our last day, we went out from the early morning, I was contacted by the guys at the reception regarding the checkout, we told them that we are on our way to come pickup our luggage from the room, the started talking about extra charges and so!!! We checked in late and we still paid the price of the whole night and don’t see how 10 minutes literally 10 would cause them harm!!!I’m not sure if I would come back, the rooms are breathtaking however the attitude is disappointing!!!

We tried the hotel on 7/2024. Bad hotel and my experience was bad for the following reasons:1. The indoor pool was unusable due to the cold water, and when we asked for a solution, they apologized that the pool water could not be controlled2. The hotel is very far from any other life, so you will stay in the room for the entire stay.3. The reception is poor and they only speak the local language4. The restaurant is weak and deserted, and they only speak the local language5. The mattresses/bedsheets were very tired and gave us back painFor us as a couple, it was a very bad experience and I do not recommend it at all.

A beautiful and tidy resort, with everything available. Two nights of relaxation are very useful, but I have comments: Firstly, the breakfast is not delicious at all, as if it were a meal. Secondly, the place is full of mosquitoes and many insects. Thirdly, the swimming pool has no privacy.

The location is the worst far away from everything minimum 1 hour driving the service is very slow if you order coffee or breakfast it will take 50 mins i complained about cleaning services they do not clean just come in pick up the garbage fix the bed and thats it even the bugs were killing us i have to call several times in order gor them to bring someone to spray the rooms to be honest it make my time so difficult i would not recommend this place for families or couples no pricy and poor services and location
