Ok Thai guest houses are not the Hilton. There are tons of things that westerners would have issues with. But the place is clean, the linen is spotless and there is hot water in the shower, it is a winner in my book.Last night I was very tired and forgot to mention that, there are very nice amenities included also, water kettle, mini fridge, my 'room' is more of an apartment than a room as it has a very nice sitting area outside the bedroom and a huge bathroom. This started life as an old Thai wooden house and has all the beautiful teak floors and wooden walls still. As I said before westerners don't appreciate these things as such I think it is an amazing homestay creativity offering a beautiful place to call home while exploring Nan.

It is an old wooden house but smells good. The rooms are clean. Inside the room there are amenities such as a hot water kettle, hair dryer, TV, refrigerator, and many electrical outlets in the room. There may be some noise in the next room because it is a wooden house. Located on Walking Street and Phumin Temple.

Good, clean. The room I stayed in was very good. Near the walking street The bed is soft, the blanket is warm. Just like this, I can sleep comfortably.

The room is small but the mattress, pillows, and blankets are very comfortable. The accommodation is clean. There may be some noise because it is a wooden house. Opposite is a very beautiful old house. Importantly, it's very close to the walking street. Frangipani tree arch, beautiful temple, Wat Phumin, take photos with whispering love paintings. Walk around comfortably. There are many restaurants nearby, near the famous Khao Soi restaurant, Ton Nam. The staff provide very good service.

We have stayed here with 3 of family members.. We would say this is the best guesthouse in Nan City.. The atmosphere is very cozy set in the heart of old town and just walking distance to attractions. Close to convenience store.In room facilities is over our expectation A/C, hot shower, fridge and they set like a hotel.Comfy bed and super clean..We have made the right decision and highly recommended!

Nice, warm, like staying at home.There are bicycles to borrow to go to the market.Clean, beautiful accommodation with a cat.

The mattress is very clean, better than some resort hotels that cost only a few hundred baht and have parking. It's close to Wat Phumin, so there are bicycles to ride around the city. I recommend anyone to come and visit like you're staying at home. But there will be sounds from other rooms, sometimes walking to the bathroom.

Beautiful, clean accommodation, with parking, soft and large beds. But the bathroom is very small. There's no place to hang anything. The sink faucet was rocking back and forth. The TV was on and off. There is Wi-Fi but the Wi-Fi does not reach the room. Price 800 baht.

Bring your family to stay in 2 family rooms on the top and bottom floors. The rooms are cute, new, clean, spacious. The hosts are very hospitable. You can walk to the night market. Next time will stop by here again. I'm very impressed.
