We had a great experience in Cozy. It is a cozy place just as its name. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and there is everything in the room. They think about every details you may need. The location is very convenient. It takes 10min by walk.

A four-story hotel without an elevator with steep and narrow stairs for special connoisseurs. There were a lot of spiders and ants in the room, I had to buy a product to keep them away, at least on the bed (when we moved in, dozens of ants were running along the head of the bed). The air conditioner was very weak and constantly dripped water onto the floor next to the bed. The mattress is old with springs sticking out a lot. The walls in the room are dirty. There is no curtain in the bathroom. They promised robes, but never gave them. The water pressure is very weak, sometimes a thin trickle flowed. The quality of the tap water leaves much to be desired - yellow, with an odor and sometimes there were some black flakes in the water. There is a mini bar. One night, two cans of cola exploded in the refrigerator because it was too cold. The staff asked to pay the bill for the exploding cola, even though it was not our fault that their refrigerator was faulty. Wi-Fi is weak, we used a SIM card. They refused to give us a second key to the room. After 9 pm the hotel door closes and entry is only by card; if there are two of you, you have to go down and open the door (we lived on the 4th floor). The cleaning is mediocre. Parking your bike on the hotel porch is prohibited because that is where the owner places his bikes for rent. The windows looked out onto the backyard, where there was a garbage dump and constant noise. If you need a branch of hell for the night, then feel free to choose without hesitation.

I had the worst experience at this hotel! The room smelled like something died in there. On top of that, the noise was horrendous! My boyfriend and I couldn't sleep a wink all night; it felt like we were in the middle of a construction site. To add to our misery, the air conditioning didn't work at all. It was a complete nightmare and definitely not worth the money.Not only was our initial experience terrible, but it was so bad that despite planning to stay for five nights, we checked out after just one! Shockingly, the hotel staff didn't even bother to offer us a different room for the remaining days. To make matters worse, they refused to refund us for the other four nights we had already paid for. It's unbelievable how they can disregard their guests' comfort and pocket their money without providing even a basic level of service. I texted them several times with no response. They just don’t care.Without a doubt, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you want to get some sleep at night.

SURPRISE !!This is only the second time that an accommodation in Patong has particularly surprised me. Maybe I was just lucky with the room, I can't say that. As it stands, the hotel is run by a concerned, extremely proper couple. The facilities are great! Overall, you get more than fair value for your money. And a tip: I have never seen such fair conditions for renting larger scooters. It's definitely worth making an inquiry if necessary.
