I booked for a week but my intention was not to stay 7 days in the same place. Use the room to leave your large suitcase and travel comfortably around the Phuket area.I honestly think the place needs a renovation but seeing the price there are no complaints.The location is good as it is close to the roads that connect with other cities/towns and close to the beach, less than 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes walking.The staff was very friendly and the times I wanted to visit an area and didn't know how to get there, they showed great involvement and helped me as much as they could.During my first 2 days they brought me water and toilet paper, the issue of having fresh and bottled water in Thailand is a great help and a great gesture on their part.On the third day I left and did not return after 4. Upon my arrival the staff seemed concerned and asked me where I had been since they had not seen me. Honestly, I think it's a great detail that shows what kind of person they are.My flight left at night and I asked them if I could check out at night so as not to be out there all day on the street with the suitcases, they told me there was no problem. I thank you very much for that favor.Although the facilities are not modernized, the service and price is why I would recommend this place.I am the type of person who prefers a place that is not so modern but has good service/good treatment to a luxury place but has poor customer service.Honestly if I visit Phuket again I will not hesitate to stay here again.

Separate houses with kitchen. Very cozy and close to the airport. But! You can't hear the planes! Near the beach where planes take off. We lived there for the first 4 days in Thailand while we were looking for long-term housing. Very nice and cozy. But we asked for a third chair and they never brought it to us. There is one double bed, we are a family with a 4 year old child. Our son slept with us, we all got in and could even turn around in our sleep. In short, the bed is huge (my husband is 110kg)))))

Going at midnight is very scary. It was my fault that I went to see him at that time. They might have all been asleep. But during the day the atmosphere might be good. But the night is very lonely. Didn't get back in time

The site is a bit neglected. They never cleaned our room, so we spent a few days showering. On the same towels. We had to buy toilet paper because they didn't bring us either. There was no soul in the hotel.

Great house, it feels like a cottage. There is 7/11 and Superchip nearby, there is food in the area. We go to swim at Banana Beach and Knighton Beach - about 7 minutes drive. It’s easy to skip to the mainland if you want waterfalls and mountains.

Two large and airy rooms with perfect beds and aircons, huge dinning room and well equipped kitchen. The bungalow is in a very green and quiet area, yet in 5 min walk from shops, restaurants and night market. Invisible but very efficient management. And all these just for 1500 bat (50 US dollars) per night.

Not a bad option for an economy holiday. Lots of couples with children. There is a simple kitchen and refrigerator. The area near the airport is the best option for families with children on the entire island. Nearby is a quiet beach with a park. Everything is 1.5 times cheaper than in the south and center of the island. We brought a grill with us and grill meat and seafood on it. Because, as experience has shown, Thais do not cook fish tasty. I’m generally silent about meat.

About 1.5 kilometers from Nai Yang beach, quiet bungalows, some with kitchens, some without. Owners are helpful but rarely around, you probably will need to call them and arrange a check-in time. Good value.

Very good location, comfortable houses, but... Dirty bedding, constant power outage as soon as you turn on two air conditioners in the rooms, holes in the ceiling through which bugs came out (luckily we had thick tape), the rest is in the photos...

Simple, but quite sufficient...air conditioning, shower, comfortable beds available, you don't need anything else, we were there for 21 days and are very satisfied, the owner is very helpful and the clean service comes every 2 days...
