Good four star hotel. Even though it was only half full, we had to wait 5 hours for a room in the lobby. There were no evening events in the 2 weeks. The hotel is quite far from most attractions. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. The food is plentiful and varied. Beach clean and pool area really nice. Lots of loungers available. So don't bring towels early. Staff always very friendly and helpful.

Broken aircon, blowing hot air and turning off constantly. Staff at reception said “well you could have phoned us at midnight to fix”.Booked double bed but we were given 2 single beds.Smart TV doesn’t connect to wifi or internet.Pat manager not accomodating or helpful.Requested to cancel accom, although were refused.

Wonderful hotel, very nice staff, special thanks to the guest relations manager Julia, a very good person who helps resolve issues quickly and efficiently. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need, spacious closets, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, iron with ironing board, safe. The room is very clean, as is the rest of the hotel. Beautiful vegetation, very beautiful pools. Breakfast at the hotel is very varied to suit every taste. A few steps from the restaurant is the sea. You have breakfast and look at the sea. There is a shop on site where you can buy beautiful souvenirs, clothes, carpets, and jewelry. I really liked the hotel and recommend it to everyone and my children too.

There were a lot of comparisons to Sunwing Kamala.I thought it would be similar, but I was disappointed that there was little progress in the children's program.I understand why people prefer Bangtao because of its good access to the sea.If I had to recommend it to people around me, it would be Kamala.

For our first time in Thailand, we are delighted with the Sunwing Bangtao Beach hotel. The hotel is very clean, pleasant and well located on Bangtao Beach, close to small shops. The family rooms are very spacious and equipped with a fridge, microwave and sink. The terrace is very good with night lighting. Superb pool and sea view.The 4 swimming pools are spacious, clean with enough loungers for everyone. The towel service is perfect. Congratulations to the entire team of hotel professionals (reception, restaurants, aquagym instructors, chambermaids, etc.) who contributed to the success of our trip.The massages by the beach are a must try, it's great!!It was great, keep it up!!

Everything about this hotel is just awesome. The people, the room, the hospitality and food.They have a lot of activities as well in the hotels not only for kids, but adults as well.I will definitely come here again for my next visit.There are a few restaurants as well in front of the hotel. So you have few choices. There is a convenient store just 3 mins walk away.
