Currently, Phuket is a place where you can't tell if it's Thailand or Russia, and hotels are ridiculously expensive.In most cases, I would not recommend traveling to Phuket itself, but if you are going to stay, it is better to stay in a slightly more expensive hotel.This villa is located in a slightly remote area and the facilities are a bit old, but it is not a bad place to stay at all.I never felt like the staff was unfriendly, and since I drive, I rarely had any inconveniences.Also, the one-hour massage was free and there was a massage room in the villa, so there was no need to go to the spa, and the massage quality was good.However, there wasn't much to eat for breakfast and the noodles were almost the worst.There was nothing unfriendly about the restaurant staff.During my trip at the time, the service and conditions were the best compared to Kalima and Indochine.And if not for the location, I think it's better than the Naihan I used to go to often.However, if you are not a Thai resident like me and cannot drive, the location may be very bad.If you look at hotel reviews, there are people talking about water quality, but you can't discuss swimming pool water quality during the rainy season.And unlike Korea, the soil is calcareous and the tap water cannot be as good as Seoul, so unless you change the water pipes every year, most of the time if you install a filter, it will turn yellow within a day.Then I would like to ask you this.How do I eat at a place like a night market or a local restaurant after watching a broadcast?It's the same tap water, and things like ice are delivered in bags on a pickup truck, and you drink it with beer or water.If you're going to talk about the water quality because the shower water is limestone, the food you eat at the hotel will also use tap water, so you just shouldn't eat anything.

Good service. Comfortable bed and spacious bathrooms. Full of green trees and flowers. Unfortunately didn’t see the pool:) Very kind staff and especially in restaurant - JA-Ace (f&b manager) the breakfasts are very good!|Views from restaurant is stunning.

Very nice hotel! Those staffs are super friendly and polite. The room is clean and comfortable. The toilet is much bigger than i expected. We had Monday Thai set for dinner and it’s amazing! We enjoyed a lot even it’s raining. I will definitely come back again.

If you're here for your honeymoon, give it a try. You must definitely check it out. Review of what I bought with my own money1. The water quality is really dirtier than 30,000 won hotels. The white filter became like the picture in two days. It's so dirty and so dirty. Just because a hotel is expensive doesn't mean the water quality is good. The bathtub drain is also broken...2. No communication between employees at all. They didn't notify us that the main pool was under construction, and the staff said it was under construction, but there was no explanation about the main pool. At check-in, all explanations regarding this were omitted. Just install the app. No notice in the app3. It's not next to the sea, but it's expensive and the distance between buildings is quite far, so you can't get around without a buggy.4. Employees are unable to communicate again. They didn't share with each other what was served in the breakfast buffet, so they gave the wrong information. The food went to another table... and the drink order was missed...5. Housekeeping not cleaning properly. The amenities were not properly stocked and the table was dirty. I only turned on hot water and the exterior became clean, so I just put it in. It was still greasy... and the plate was in a strange position, so I just left it.....6. The pool drain is so noisy that I can't sleep even when I close the door. It got noisier so I thought something was blocking it, but they didn't come to check and I didn't even get a phone call back. It's because it rains a lot for us...However, even though it did not rain the next day, the sound continued in the morning as shown in the video. It was serious. It was so noisy that I said it was noisy around 10:03-40, but I couldn't get any feedback, so I called again and they said they would move me to another villa only at 12:00 p.m. This is how it is, so if you are willing to tolerate this noise, please come. I uploaded a video for the sound.The reception staff seem to have a sincere T-tendency, but they don't know what the problem is and there's no feedback on the solution... It's just a honeymoon hotel used by travel agencies.. If you made a reservation, I recommend canceling it.7. I’m a villa user, but they don’t even mention services that can be used for free. It says to install the app and check it yourself, but there is no information about free services in the app. The day before I checked out, there was no service, so I was curious and chatted on the app. They didn't apologize at all and then treated us as if they were the real deal. Then they apologized with an insincere apology and told us to just eat 1,000 baht and leave as if we were going to have a show. There is absolutely no will to improve.8. The bathroom and bedroom are humid, musty, and smelly. No ventilation. And even though the bathtub was turned off, water continued to drain.9. Buggy and other staff are friendly. Kind and willing to help. This is highly praised, but it seems that there is no system or manual for the work. That's why I recommend world chain resorts or hotels.

This hotel is perfect for families or even couples. I booked the one bedroom sea view villa. And i had an amazing experience the place is really fancy and clean. Their staff made my experience even better. For sure, i will re visit this hotel again in the future.
