The bathroom looked like it had cigarette ash. The back of the room was full of cigarette butts, sheets and pillows as if they hadn't been changed. On the sink, wash your dirty hands. The coffee maker isn't clean at all. The pond looked very cloudy.I've never encountered a place this dirty before, with no trash cans. In conclusion, it's like the room wasn't cleaned before letting customers stay.

Pool was not cleaned so we couldn’t use. Hotel doesn’t look as advertised anymore. Reception is closed and run down and communal kitchen area was very unclean and dirty when we arrived. Nobody around to check us in, had to wait for the owner to be called.Mirror in our room hadn’t been cleaned and had toothpaste & other stains all over it. Shower was also broken and my partner had to rewire the power shower so we could have hot water after a long travel day.A shame as the photos looked really nice but it just doesn’t look like this anymore. Also there is nothing nearby. You will need a car or bike to get anywhere.

The owner is very kind. Friendly, like being at home in our own house. The price is very cheap. And there is a swimming pool as well. For tourist attractions, the prices are reasonable.

The TV is on, there is no signal. Not a single electrical plug in the head of the bed is usable. A refrigerator with no coldness left at all. No changing tissues, no trash bags, which is the most painful and something I've ever seen before. That is, go to the bathroom. Found yellow urine stains. How do you look? It was concluded that it had not been cleaned at all. There is soap that has been unwrapped and used and not thrown away. A bathing lotus hatch that doesn't know when the line will fall off. I could only hold on with clay. I was very discouraged. I took a shower and the water would flood the room. The staff speaks well. But rarely answer the phone The hotel shouldn't be in OYO at all. It's the worst accommodation I've ever encountered.
