I made a reservation through Agoda a month ago, but they said the reservation was not made, so I had no choice but to book another lodging. Agoda contacted me at 4 PM saying that the reservation was normally made, but I couldn't go. The lodging doesn't even allow cancellation of reservations. Agoda I think I should cut ties with the accommodation in Da. Agoda also handles things too late and carelessly.

Was let down by another booking. Arrived and the room I’d booked on this site had been let to someone else. I wandered the streets with no WiFi and remembered seeing this room advertised. The best thing about this place is a guy called Shine who works on the front desk. It was late and he was wonderful. Showed me a couple of rooms and made me feel very welcome. The room itself is very clean. I was pleasantly surprised when I woke to views over the pool and tropical landscape. It’s also next door to the 7 11, is quiet and affordable. I was only planning to stay one night but have extended my stay.

Very well taken care of by the staff and they help you very well if you ask them for a taxi to take you to the airport or bus station, good service at this hotel is simply great.

An excellent family hotel, with about 70-75 rooms. There is a private pool, quite decent, and even with a bar counter. It’s a 5-minute walk to the beach... I liked everything, I’m vacationing from May 16 to May 27, the price per room is 800 baht NORMAL

The only plus of this hotel is its location. located on the main road of Nai Yang area, the beach is 7 minutes away. The staff is arrogant, raising prices by 1000 baht per night, although the rooms are clearly not worth these prices. No one shows you to your room upon check-in, the staff is very indifferent and indifferent to the guests) The plump woman at the reception sat too long in her place and completely forgot what hospitality is 🥲🥲🥲 The sunbeds are old. The area near the pool is also trash. Cleaning almost every day is ok. I don’t recommend taking this hotel unless you have absolutely no choice.

5 minutes from the beach, swimming pool not very large but sufficient for the number of people. On the other hand, very few deckchairs and the mattresses would need to be changed, full of holes. The room is small and the bed is as hard as a wooden board (all the benefits of a Thai massage are gone). Traces of blood on the bedding… breakfast really minimal and not very good.
