One of the best hotels. The staff are good and very helpful. I forgot my shoes and they all stopped me and said I forgot my shoes.The breakfast staff has great respect and love for children. Thank you to the reception staff, and the reception drink I ordered twice is deliciousThe rooms are small and the balcony is also small, but very comfortableI did not see any insect or gecko, thank you

The hotel system works like a timeshare. There are probably people staying for a long time. We stayed for 2 days, we only chose the option that included breakfast. The breakfast was like an open buffet Turkish breakfast. Don't expect too much. But despite that, there was hummus, eggplant appetizer, tomato and cucumber. The rooms were clean and quiet. The equipment in the room was high-tech kettle, toaster. , washing machine, iron, ironing board, microwave oven, large refrigerator, there was almost everything. The only bad thing is that they ask for a deposit of 1000 baht. I agree with this, the room materials are prone to breakage. The employees were friendly and helpful

First of all, I want to start with the rooms, the rooms are very good, they could only be a little bigger, but the rooms have everything, a large size refrigerator for cooking, a stove, a microwave oven, an ironing board, iron and everything you can think of, there is a sauna and a gym, the pool is very nice, it was just a little cold, the breakfast is excellent. The only negative thing that can be said about the hotel is that the water coming to the room was low and stopped occasionally. It was a very nice experience for us, thank you.

I stayed in a Deluxe room at Diamond Resort, and while the room is a good size, there are a few quirks that stand out. For starters, the bedsheets had some stains—not exactly what you'd expect in a "deluxe" experience. Also, no pen was provided in the room, which is a small but noticeable detail.Now, let’s talk about the shower box. Using the handheld shower is a bit of an adventure—you basically have to hug the wall to keep the water from escaping through the door, or else you’ll be mopping up a mini flood afterward. The sink area is another challenge—there’s very limited space to put your clothes or laundrettes, so expect a bit of juggling if you’re trying to stay organized.All in all, decent for the size, but a few design and maintenance details could definitely be improved.

Good place in good location, close to Boat Avenue with different bars and cafes. They is a big pool, polite stuff. There is everything you need in the room, but a little smell of mould inside, you should to keep AC in dry condition all the time.

I had a fantastic stay at Diamond Resort Phuket.The resort exudes a welcoming vibe and is impeccably clean. A highlight is the exceptional Belgian cuisine offered, and the breakfast spread is nothing short of impressive—perfect to start your day. The service here is stellar, with attentive staff ensuring a seamless experience. Located in the vibrant Bangtao area, the resort offers excellent transportation options and convenient access to local attractions. The pool access rooms are a luxurious touch, providing direct access to the pool for ultimate relaxation. For a comfortable, well-serviced, and strategically located stay, Diamond Resort Phuket is a fantastic choice.

This is my 3rd and last night here . After being out at an excursion all day I Come back to a letter Under my door regarding make up on the towels and that I would be charged $32 if they can't get it out.I've had 3 days of no hot water and whoever keeps cleaning my room is taking my toilet paper and leaving me with none ! I'm not European I don't use a bidetI just finished talking to the General Manager and asked her what if a woman has her period and accidentally stains a sheet or towel ? Will you charge them for blood stains also ? It's leftover face make up ! It will come out. Ita not up to your guests to pay for stains, get a better spot cleaning service! The breakfast buffet has been amazing here as well as the pool, and the shuttle service to and from Bang Tao Beach and Boat Avenue is a nice plus. The manager tells me I won't be charged, I sure hope not.Cold showers for 3 days and no Toilet paper and you want to charge me $32 for make up on towels. Wow ! Seems as though you should be doing something for me not the other way around.Let me also note I spoke to the manager at 5pm. It's 5:53 I'm still waiting for a roll of Toilet paper lol ! If you are a solo traveler there are alot of kids here and the ground floors by the pool are very noisy all day and night . Just some things to keep in mind.... if you decide to book here.

I stayed at this hotel for my birthday, my girlfriend took me there as a surprise, and the hotel is beautiful, we had a great room, the breakfast was very good, I really enjoyed it. The only negative point is that some of the staff are not very friendly and there are a lot of mosquitoes, they could use pest control because you leave with several marks on my body. But the hotel is very beautiful!!!
