Very good stay, good location and close to the beach. good food and helpfull staff. Owners are Aus/Kiwi and very accommadating, |Place just open again after covid and is nice a clean.|Great bar there also with cold beer|Well done guys, Will be back

Highly recommend for anyone that wants great hospitality! Rooms beat standards, food satisfied my palette and all round amazing atmosphere with incredible service by the owner. Definitely will be coming back again!

This is an old guesthouse in need of attention ||The air conditioning was poor, and the reception staff were difficult to deal with. There is quite a lot of noise from the bar attached to this place. We found much better value accommodation nearby.

A very dated property, reception staff were lazy and unhelpful. Mattress was very old and hard, very uncomfortable, room was musty and need of maintenance, room service is poor towel change about every three days, Very overpriced for the quality. would not stay here again

I have just spent a great 28 days at Baan Orchid. The beach is just a 5 minute walk away, the centre of Patong 10-15 minute and the road has some good restaurants. My room was spacious with flat screen TV, a sofa and cleaned daily. The owners, Eugen and New are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble, Steve
