The bathroom is dirty, smells bad, the bed has dust on it. There was a lot of dust next to the bed.

Pros: Convenient location, near the market, easy to find food.Things I'd like to improve:1. Regarding overall cleanliness in the room priced at 890 (got a promotional price of 888), there is no tissue paper to wipe your butt in the bathroom. You have to use facial tissue instead.2. The room is next to the main road. which was very loud, but before booking, the admin replied on LINE 'There's not much noise' made us believe it and booked for 2 nights, but when we actually slept, the noise was loud all night. truck horn sound The sound of a car falling into a pothole in the road can be heard. Until I could hardly sleep. Even though there are earplugs in the room, they are not really usable. Until having to cancel the 2nd night*How did the admin reply to the customer that there was little noise? It is dishonesty in doing business.3. When I made the announcement, the receptionist said that I wasn't staying that night. I'll inform the accountant about the refund. When I followed up and inquired, the admin said there was no refund policy for customers. Conditions should be informed before transferring money. If notified beforehand, it is considered an agreement that the customer accepts. But the admin later informed me that there was no refund, which was not at all consistent with what was reported at check-out.4. The water heater is not warm after turning on. The sewer pipe has a blockage and the shower water refuses to flow down the drain.5. The bed is a bed similar to rubber. It is quite hard and the sheets fall off when you sleep on it. You should buy sheets that fit the bed.

The admin is very good. Reads quickly, replies quickly, is easy to talk to, very helpful. Can tell details well, location is good, right next to the market.The accommodation room is next to a main road with cars passing by all the time, so it's a bit disturbing as well. But the soundproofing room door is quite good. Even though the room was in a direction where many people were likely to pass by, I couldn't hear any outside noise.Regarding cleanliness, I would like to criticize you a little. In the refrigerator there is still an old bottle of water belonging to someone I don't know. In the room there were spider webs at the head of the bed and in the corner of the bathroom.And in the room there are cockroaches that are not afraid of people at all🥲 When I slept, a spider crawled up my arm. The bed is clean. When I sleep, it doesn't itch at all. It's even comfortable.Overall, the staff are very nice. The location is good, but they are concerned about cleanliness (insects).

The bathroom should be improved. The single bed will be next to the road. You will hear the sound of a loud car. There is no elevator. It is like a shophouse but has been adjusted into individual rooms. Some rooms are very small.

The room is ok, can be used. Bad service Doesn't look very welcoming to guests. It's like I'm irritated all the time. The cleanliness is so-so. The water is not strong at all. The water heater is broken and cannot be adjusted to the level. But luckily the wifi is still strong.
