The worst hotel you could ever stay in.Completely unsanitary, the rooms are destroyed, all covered in feces and garbage. This hotel is worse than a brothel. The staff doesn't know how to work at all.The rooms have dirty walls, mattresses, bed linen, half of the rooms do not have a window. Broken doors that don't even close all the way. In the bathroom there is a risk of picking up some kind of fungus, and maybe even worse.

Please don't stay in this place! From the beginning it was a nightmare, we arrived very late to check in, very tired, they gave us a room without a window, which smelled horrible, we had to ask to be given another room that smelled worse. We asked to be moved to a room without odor, they gave us a room with a window but under the condition that we had to pay for the “upgrade” and also without WiFi. It is important to add that when checking the booking for the room with a window, it was worth the same as without a window (for that night) and so they forced us to pay them the “difference”. When we went to bed the sheets smelled bad, we literally wanted to cry, and we didn't want to continue fighting, because the people at the front desk were really rude, to the point of raising their voices at us. The photos have nothing to do with reality, they should specify that it has no windows and without mentioning the state of the elevators. Look for other options, is my advice.

I can't think of anything. The elevator was creepy and old with this broken wallpaper. The rooms have no windows, it feels like a punishment, the photos are very deceiving, it is not sound proof at all, we could hear everyone outside of the door from the staircase. There was a gap on the door so the hallway light would come through and disturb our sleep. The worst thing was that the electricity was going in and out all night, and the TV had sparks coming out of it, it was impossible to sleep with all the noise and the TV sound scares. I don't wish this accomodation to my worst enemy. We were supposed to stay for 3 nights and we checked out the next day.

I took a room without windows. First I came in and was pleasantly surprised that there were no foreign odors, it smelled pleasantly like a freshener. Quiet. There are warm showers, towels, toiletries.I decided to stay here for the night. At night, when I went to bed, I realized what was the huge minus of this room (perhaps of all the rooms in the hotel, but I won’t say). The pillows and mattress smell strongly of mold and dampness. It’s impossible to understand this right away, especially after using an air freshener. By the way, during the day they kept all the empty rooms open. Apparently they know about the problem, but are keeping quiet. The air conditioner works but leaks. And after some time of operation it turns off spontaneously. It also turns on and off spontaneously at night. Apparently, something is shorting inside. Also, the toilet flush handle in the room did not work - we had to remove the lid and bring the mechanism to fruition.Bottom line: I didn't fall asleep that night. In the morning I packed my things and moved out in search of another place to live.Pros of the room: quiet.Cons: mold, humidity, lack of exhaust hood and any ventilation; poorly functioning air conditioner and toilet.

Very bad. Check-in was at night, the room was small (red), it needed renovation for a long time, it was not possible to change the room right away, the night admin does not solve these issues. We booked a room with a window, a view from the window of the road, where bikes without a silencer, ambulances, cars drive around the clock, there is no soundproofing. You won't be able to sleep in such a place. It feels like the bed is a meter from the road, everything is very audible. In building No. 3 (there are only 2 buildings No. 3 and No. 4), there is no hot water, not at all, only cold. This is not an argument for relocation; you can take a cold shower 3-4 times a day in the heat (according to the hotel managers). All the furniture, plumbing, tiles, walls are very tired. The glasses are dirty, although they were carefully wrapped in a bag marked “sterile.” The TV doesn't work. After 4 days of pestering the administrator and calling the tour operator, they finally changed our room (in yellow), but with 2 beds and a view of the area with palm trees. This room was better, but still just as tired. I do not recommend the hotel, it is not 3*. The only good thing about this hotel is its location.

We went here under the Fortune program, after reading the reviews we thought it would be terrible. But overall everything turned out to be good. At the reception we asked for a room with a window, and we were told that a room with a window was already available for us. The view from the windows was good, and not house to house as is often the case in Asia. The room is tired, the mirror is rusty, but despite this everything is quite clean. Cleaning every day, and linen and towels changed every day. The air conditioner is very quiet, you can leave it overnight. The deposit was only 1000 baht, and was returned without any problems. There were no living creatures in the room at all, not once, but maybe this was due to the fact that we lived on the 6th floor.Breakfast is very good for the price of the tour, there is normal coffee and scrambled eggs, toast, greens and watermelons. They bring a lot of everything, every time it runs out. The location is generally excellent, the whole center is nearby, a couple of minutes away is the huge Jung Ceylon shopping center, where you can acclimatize and walk under the condos for the first time. The beach is about 15 minutes away, but it’s better to take a bike and explore Phuket, since you can leave the bike right at the hotel. In short, I don’t know about a room without windows, but if you have a room with a window, then the hotel is not bad for unpretentious travelers. And if you are considering hotels at this price, then you should be, good and inexpensive.

Rooms without windows. There is no swimming pool anywhere!!! The TV in the room doesn't work, it's stuffy, there's no safe, and there's no kettle. The bedding is all stained, there are only large towels, no for the face and hands. You won't be able to get clean glasses or mugs at breakfasts. A couple of dishes, tea, coffee, water, half-fried eggs. Even the one-and-done ones are not so dead. I don't recommend it at all!

Well, why are you whining? Great hotel for the money. Cleaning every day. The location is perfect. Yes, not luxury... in short, I’ll come back here without any problems. I had a room without windows.
