River Hotel - The Outstanding Venues Nakhon Pathom

Today I have work to stay at this hotel. Because tomorrow morning I will go on business.So I stopped by to leave my things at the check-in counter around 11:00 a.m. The staff informed me that check-in was at 2:00 p.m.So we asked to leave our things and go about our business.Came back to check in at 2:15 p.m. It appeared that the room was not ready yet (rated -1). The housekeeper had still finished cleaning Tai's room. It took another 10 minutes for us to sit and wait in the room, watching them work. When the housekeeper informed us that it was finished, we inspected the bathroom floor in a wet condition. (The water has flown and hasn't been wiped dry yet...score - another 1) After the housekeeper leaves It appeared that the air conditioner was not cool. So I requested to change the room. The counter staff said I couldn't change. The room was full!?! and have the technician come up and take a look The technician said the air conditioner wasn't cool so he changed the room by immediately handing the key card to the new room (oh, who said you can't change???? Score - 1 more)At night, around 10:00 p.m., I went to the bathroom to relieve my serious suffering. It appeared that I couldn't flush the water down 😡 so I called the officer to come up and fix it. No one answered the phone. Call the hotel There was no one answering the phone. It took more than 20 minutes until finally (technically.....score - 100) Check out tomorrow morning, goodbye!!! 😡P.S. When booking, my girlfriend called to check with the hotel and said Building 4 was the newest, so she went to reserve via the website...Is this the newest building among the 4 buildings?!?!? The quality of service and facilities are not worthy of being called a new building, including the mind set. Thank you to the counter staff who refused to change rooms, citing "the room is full" but the air conditioning technician staff. Instead, they were able to move rooms without having to ask for anyone's approval. (Rate the air conditioner technician +1)But overall, an unforgivable failure is not being able to contact anyone. In case the bathroom has a problem Even though you should be able to contact us 24 hours!! This one is bad.

A nice hotel in Nakhom Pathom. Reasonable room even for Executive Suite. The room is spacious and clean, with cozy "Muji" style ambience and open, modern design. Staff are helpful and friendly. Suite is equipped with nice bathroom supplies, even has large tub. Water hot and very comfortable (can be stronger). We stayed 1 night.Location is stratecally located near a gas station and across Central Nakhon Pathom. There is a cute cafe "Ob-oon' (means 'warm' in Thai) Cafe nearby serving as breakfast and dining venue. Toilet nearby service station. I can imagine it is very convenient for cross province trip.Please note that hotel has various buildings and it maybe need some double check to avoid going to the wrong one. One star hesitation is for noise of aircon in our suite. Spacious suite room doesn't necessarily justify that air has to do so heavy duty and loud. I hope this can be improved as one night is not affected for us but maybe not every guest.Overall it is very good money value. Thank you 😊

Same customer service experiences as other low score comments. They are lazy

Catering accommodation We came to reserve a room because there was a graduation ceremony. The music from the banquet was so loud that we couldn't sleep. There is no consideration for other residents. I called to inform the staff, but the sound didn't get any quieter. Like this, other residents are really bad. I want to sleep, but I can't sleep. The noise is very loud. Not impressed.
