The team got a 10! Free shuttle to go and return. As soon as you arrive at Ton Sai Pier, the main pier of the Phi Phi, you will see someone with the hip sign and if you don't ask the others because there will be a lot of long tail captains.

Very nice hôtel, clean and big rooms. Nice swimming pool and friendly staff. I recommand 100% it is worth the price and you have a free shuttle boat service ! Far better than the bungalows just next to it (we tried both).

Good hotel and great staff! The manager was very helpful and polite. The room was clean and big. We had everything that we needed to have a good rest after a long day of travelling.

The hotel is quite nice unfortunately the journey was horrible.On the way out, we waited an hour to arrive after our ferry and carried our large suitcases in the water for 500 meters.On the way back (this morning) the carrier was very unpleasant.This part of the island still remains pleasant and relaxing.

pros:well maintained clean rooms good poolcons:pricey considering this resort isn't closer to the main phi phi pier. you need to take another boat from the phi phi pier to Loh lana bay and walk approx 1km to reach hereon the day of our return back to phuket, the water level on loh lana bay was very low that the boats for transporting us back to phi phi pier couldn't come close to the shore. we had to walk with luggages on our heads and shoulders for more than 500 metres in the sea water with water till our kneesyou can prefer this if you are travelling to phi phi with less luggage

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at Hip Resort in Koh Phi Phi we really loved the beautiful rooms and the peaceful atmosphere in the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. We immediately felt comfortable and were able to relax well.However, we were particularly impressed by the staff, especially Yaya, who supported us with everything and gave us great tips on how to best use our time on Koh Phi Phi. He was always very friendly and available when we had questions or needed something. When my partner became ill during our stay, Yaya helped us a lot and went out of her way for us. This made us feel very well cared for and looked after.Overall we felt like we were at home. The calm atmosphere and friendly staff helped us relax and have a great holiday. We can recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to spend a pleasant and relaxing time on Koh Phi Phi.Many thanks to Yaya for the wonderful hospitality! ❤️
