The hotel offered an incredible view of the Mae Klong River, and the service was exceptional, particularly the attentive care from the elderly lady at breakfast. However, the functionality of the hotel room was lacking, despite the use of high-quality equipment.

The room is very dirty. And the window was left open and there were a lot of mosquitoes. So I asked to change rooms. The receptionist took good care of us and took us to see the new room. But the condition of the new room is as bad as the old room. I had to remember to go to bed at 10 p.m.Conditions in the clean room are not clean. There are cobwebs around the head of the bed and on the wall. Changing rooms is still the same.
