If I could leave a negative review i would.We showed up to a vacant property - after making numerous attempts to reach someone a guy on a motorbike eventually showed up. He was rude, unpleasant and honestly quite aggressive. He claimed that we have no booking as they are closed and wouldn’t speak to us beyond that other than to say we should contact agoda. We tried to explain the booking was non refundable and asked why we were able to book if they are closed. I also pointed out that they had taken our money for the booking. He took no responsibility at all. I’d advise against booking here - we had to make alternative arrangements and are now having to try sort a refund ourselves. There are reviews of a similar nature on here so be warned.

Air conditioned! It was a sales pitch, but when I went there, there was only a fan.They systematically lie and fraudulently attract customers.We do not accept refunds or discounts.He is a vicious and low class Thai among Thais.Definitely not recommended.

The reviews on here follow a similar pattern, and despite our best efforts to befriend the aforementioned 'arrogant owner' we shared an experience with most.*WE DID NOT CHOOSE TO STAY HERE* but were relatively forced to for 5 nights as the best option left at last minute after our 1st choice had accidentally double booked us.Place is well located and the facilities are ok. Restaurant fits about average on Lanta, very average. Beers are a bit pricier than surrounding beach bars. Room wasn't cleaned very well and there was a city of cobwebs behind the bed.Service was poor, especially by Thai standards.As a whole it wasn't awful, and even having put my foot through the rotten decking outside of our bungalow, chopping half my leg to bits & losing most of a toe nail, we had an ok stay. But upon check out, the owner attemped to charge us for a broken glass. He didn't even apologise for #deckgate with a beer, but wanted payment for a broken water glass. Sums up the stay and the bloke perfectly.(oh and cockroaches, I forgot to mention the under bed cockroaches)

Very unfriendly place. I have been living in Thailand for 5 years and I dropped off a friend there who had booked a room there. Never been treated like this in my entire experience in Thailand. Really 😕 very sad.

Super cute huts, unfortunately ours was only booked with a fan, so it was hot in the bungalow, outside it was definitely more pleasant, stains on the bed linen, uncomfortable mattress, the tap doesn't work properly and the water is also pretty disgusting, but for the price it's totally fine okay, friendly owner and great stretch of beach, nice for swimming and walking along the beach, restaurant with bar and massage studio on site,

Welcome not at all friendly. Room whose cleaning and comfort leave something to be desired, no possibility of using your own padlock to close the door. Deckchairs and deck chairs are available to guests, but we were refused the most comfortable ones because they were “intended for wealthier travelers who pay more for a room than ours.” Clearly the worst welcome we received during our entire stay on the island. There were a lot of inscriptions warning the customer, a fine if the toilet became clogged... At the time of check-out, as soon as the keys were returned, a person immediately went to check the condition of the bungalow where we were staying. We only spent one night. Koh Lanta is full of guesthouses with a charming welcome, you will have the choice :)

Hotel to avoid!!When we arrived our room was very dirty, there was stagnant water in the bathroom behind the toiletThe bathroom floor was dirtyThere were traces of drips on the walls of the room.The fan above the bed was covered in dustThe bed sheets were dirty and had hair on themWe didn't have a blanket but a simple terry towel.The hotel manager is not at all friendly with his customers, when we explained the problem to him the latter got angry and did not want to give us another room a little cleaner (unless we paid 1000 baht of more per night obviously to have a clean room)We also had a visit from a lovely family of cockroaches and a tribe of ants behind our toilet.Fortunately the hotel is 50 m from the beach and the setting is magnificent.I do not recommend this hotel at all

Really nice and relaxing place. The place is very calm and quiet at night and can just sit and relax at the beach all day under the shady trees. The beach is not safe for swimming as it is full of corals which can be easily seen during low tide. In the evening can walk along the beach entire stretch which is full of such resorts along the way. Sunset is beautiful. Can order food with them. It is being managed by a family who basically stay there. 7 eleven is just 5 minutes walking distance. They allow me to park my bike just next to their reception as the designated parking space is outside their fence and I don't feel comfortable to park there my motorcycle. Thanks for their accomodating nature.

Very good location and average prices. You can always negotiate.The small and warm bungalows. The porch is tiny, with hardly any room to sit two people comfortably.It is true that there were others that were a little larger but they were not offered to us.The people are very kind. Always attentive to our movements. 😉

Excellent location right on the beach. Fantastic menu with tasty food at good prices with the tables actually on the beach. Massages available on site with sea view. Rooms are huge with air conditioner, refrigerator, large fan, free water etc. Large balcony with table and chairs. Would happily stay here again.
