Very good value for money and breakfast is included in the price!The swimming pool is very pleasant and the hotel is not too far on foot (10 minutes) from the center.Just watch out for mosquitoes in the evening

Amazing service. The host/owner was attentive to every need, providing free drinks by the pool, etc. and somehow just seemed to know you might need something before you even asked. Some rooms are better than others, so it will depend on how much you're prepared to stay. Free light breakfast every day, which was even made for us on the day we arrived even though it was after the usual breakfast times. Also on a quieter location so you can get away from busy and loud areas, unless that's where you want to be. However, the clubs on the beach are loud enough that you can still just heard them - bring some earplugs of you're a really light sleeper.We had a later ferry to Phuket in the afternoon, and were told we could use the pool for as long as we wanted, even after checking out. Would give 6 stars for the service alone.

The road from the port to the destination is poorly marked, Google shows a completely different (more difficult) route.You go uphill all the time, a large part of the route is up stairs, so carrying suitcases is quite a feat.For a budget accommodation only for sleeping, it's ok, but for relaxation I recommend looking for something better.

Truly perfect! Efficient accommodation at very reasonable prices on Phi Phi!The hosts are really lovely and take great care to ensure you have a great stay! The place is a little complicated to find but there are some signs at the top of the hills that help you find it. The place is calm and peacefulThe included breakfast was simple but ok!The swimming pool is a pleasure when it is very hot. The accommodation is located about a twenty-minute walk from the most beautiful beach, Long Beach.

The room is very good for people who don't care much. I think this place is perfect. Just a bit far from the pier. And no one comes to pick up your bag. You have to walk 15-20. Minutes to arrive, this hotel has a swimming pool and is quiet, but sometimes you can hear the footsteps of people upstairs, but that's okay. The bathroom has a hot water shower and the room has cool air conditioning. The bed is very soft. But there is no hair dryer. There is free breakfast of bread with fried eggs and juice. And you must pay a key deposit of 500฿.

The walk to the accommodation from the port is hard to find using Google maps and the signs on the street are small and easy to miss. The rooms are very old and basic. After turning my pillow over I noticed some stains coming through the cover, when I took this off the pillow was covered in blood stains and black mould. I took this to reception where the put the pillow behind the desk and got a new pillow out ready to give to me. They then decided not to give me the new one and instead gave me a pillow from the room next to us. I have the impression that they were going to put the dirty pillow back into he room, so check your pillows if you stay here! The pool was clean but the sun loungers were planks of wood stuck in one position over an overhang with no shade so felt like they would tip back. The lake in the pictures is non existent. This was the worst value for money accommodation we stayed in on our whole trip and we have been backpacking for 5 months now.

It took a long time to get from the port to the accommodation.There are stairs, so it might be tight if you have a lot of luggage.But there doesn't seem to be any transportation service.Difficult to find with Google Maps.You have to ask people.This is because there are almost no directional signs.It's close to the viewpoint, but a long way to restaurants or the beach.Room control is not relatively good.It was old and lacked much in terms of cleanliness.However, there is a swimming pool, and although it is small, it is worth lying down and relaxing. No shade. Available from 9 am to 9 pm.The air conditioner was in very good condition.Breakfast is bread and fried eggs.In conclusion, the cost-effectiveness is very poor.Very unsuitable for people who move frequently or are sensitive to cleanliness.

The rooms smell, water only drip. Location is not close to anything. Breakfast is only one egg, two pieces bread with margarine! Find somewhere else if you can. We couldn’t 😢

We had great accommodation here for a few nights. It's a bit out of the way, so it was nice and quiet at night.The caged bird at the entrance makes me sad every time I walk past, hence deducting a star.

The hotel is… funny, but not laughably funny, weirdly funny. The very friendly staff welcome you with juice at check-in and are gracious, but the rooms and access are Dantesque.

Actually it's a nice location of the rooms. Life like in the jungle. And the staff was friendly.But unfortunately our rooms were an imposition. We had 2 rooms, both with a strong smell of mold. Therefore not suitable for sleeping and therefore only one star. The ceiling in the bathroom was completely moldy. The beds were disgustingly dirty. You could clearly see the sweat stains from the last 10 predecessors. I can't say whether this is due to the usual cold washing in Thailand, as the sheets had already taken on the smell of mold. The water from the tap was black for the first few minutes. So brush your teeth with drinking water. Luckily the little cockacock was only working at the reception, we only had a small lizard in the room. This hotel is mainly used by young people, so there is action and noise around the clock. So I would advise you to avoid the place and keep looking.
