The staff were rude and unhelpful. As we arrived another couple left the hotel having just checked in as their air con wasn't working.After checking in, we were told to wait 5 minutes for our keys and then had to wait for over an hour, with no one on the reception desk. When someone finally came back to the check in desk we then had to ask for the keys ourselves.The room was dirty, we were greeted by a huge cockroach in the bathroom, there was mold everywhere and a dead fly on the bed sheets.We also had no window! And a fire exit door in the room which led to a building site.The mattress was uncomfortable also, and the plug sockets barely held up our chargers.Would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

This is the worst hotel we have stayed in in Thailand.Pros: very nice staff who are always smiling, quick check-in. Clean sheets and nicely folded towels. It is clear that the girl who cleans the rooms is trying to create a pleasant environment there. But her efforts alone are clearly not enough.Please note that half of the rooms have no windows at all. In the photos they all have rooms with windows. But in reality this is not the case. When we started to complain about the window, we were moved to another room with a window.Of the minuses:There is no hot water. The toilet lid is broken. The glass on the windows was never washed at all.There wasn't even a bedside table in the room.They didn't provide drinking water (all hotels before had at least one bottle of water per person).There is no kettle or cups.We paid almost 29 dollars per night - which is not the lowest price in Thailand. But the conditions we received are not even worth 10 dollars.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were lovely and very helpful. The room had everything we wanted. You are close to everything, within walking distance to the beach. The food here was lovely too - ate here every day

The hostel is not the best, the beds are a little hard but that's all, the location and service is excellent right there you can take tours, transport, etc. Also, on the last day we were going to Phuket, they offered us transportation to the city and hotel, excellent

Another halal restaurant in Aonang. Have dinner on first day as we reach Aonang. Food was very delicious and affordable price. Third day we have breakfast here on 3rd day in Krabi. Service slightly slow due to only one chef at that time.

Excellent location, super friendly staff, clean and comfortable apartment. Very good value for money, you pay for what it is. But highly recommended if you are not looking for extra comforts other than a good place to sleep.
