The parking lot is large so you can park comfortably. Depending on the quality of the room, it's a bit old, but everything here is quite good. There's plenty of parking and the number of rooms is quite large. There are many Vietnamese restaurants nearby to eat and drink. The location is also quite convenient, right in the town area with many food and beverage services. 300k per room is too good, people know a lot of Vietnamese.

This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at since the start of my visit to Laos. I’ve stayed at hotels where cleanliness and the chances of waking up without bedbugs was questionable but I would take those hotels over this one.The hot water does not work. The heater is purely for show.The neighbors were blasting music until the early morning hours on a Wednesday. I asked to change rooms and was told the only one available was one that was more double the price. I noticed there were still keys on the back wall so I asked if there were other options. He finally said there was one for slightly more than what I was paying. Ok cool. We start the process of changing my room. He comes and tells me I’ll have to pay for both rooms. Not cool.I would not recommend this hotel unless you enjoy sleepless nights and terrible service.

Great hotel to stay in for a couple nights for a visa run. Close enough to walk to the Thai consulate about 20 minute walk. Rooms starting from 120,000 kip or 300 baht a night, which is affordable. The standard room was well sized, had a nice desk to work and a fridge. AC worked well, the wi-fi was okay and kept cutting off at times, but once with a stable connection worked well. There was a nearby market which had cheap eats, as well as a 7/11 nearby which was needed. Also right across the road there is an exchange place if needed, another plus was how the bus station is just a 5 min walk.For the price I couldnt fault it, staff were friendly. kept the rooms clean and the location was good for doing an embassy run. Would stay again thank you.

Characteristic, worth seeing hotel with a rustic communal square. Reasonably spacious rooms, clean with hot shower, air conditioning, refrigerator and excellent bed. Quiet and fairly centrally located. Very close to bus station and supermarket, about 5 minutes walk. Really nice authentic place. Enjoyed staying. Oasis in the city.
