Perfect affordable option for a visa run. You can walk 10 minutes to the Thai consulate which saves you a lot on transportation since tuk tuks can be a scam. The bed was comfortable. Only thing is the bathroom could be cleaner.

To wait while the visa is being processed is fire. Without air conditioning, but with a fan - 200 baht per day.The owner does not speak English, but you can negotiate through an interpreter.There is Wi-Fi here.

A very good guest. 350 baht for a clean room with air conditioning - what more does a tired tourist need? The receptionists are very nice. There are kind, plump dogs living on the property)

Nice place for a reasonable price. Perfect option for those who came to Thai embassy and want to stay for just one night. Ideal check out at noon will give you a fantastic opportunity to be the first person in a queue for your passport with your visa.Highly recommend, got this experience.

Convenient to the Thai Consulate. Room was clean and tidy. If you pay in Laos kip it's only 2/3rds of what you would pay in Thai baht.

Nice room, spacious, clean toilet, price 70,000 kip/person, owner can speak Vietnamese, walk to the night market and drink beer for 5 minutes

They were ok, quite nice.100,000kip per day. I stayed more then 2 weeks. They only cleaned once when I've asked.The rooms quite small with one window.The main thing that I didn't like is that they have asked extra 50,000kip to keep my luggages for extra 3 hours at the day I left, because I needed to pick my password from the Thai embassy. Stingy...Therefore I needed to take the luggages with a toktok and walked to the thai embassy with 2 big bags on my back.

If your in town just to get your Thai visa sorted - then this is the perfect place to stay .10 mins walk from the embassy and only a few mins to the bus station and the little night market. Regular tourists will likely want to stay closer to downtown though.It's set up like a motel structure with each room opening to outside. Quite modern structures so they lack any charm but are clean and comfortable. 100k kip for an Aircon room. No breakfast but there is instant coffee available if you wish.
