This girl is aura residence, but the review days Avalon. I have stayed at both before, and they were good. I don't know if Avalon changed is name of what, but it's good either way 👍

Right next to the main local bus station. Spacious room with good aircon and internet. Don't book on Agoda as it is much cheaper to book directly with the hotel. You'll save 5€ per night.

You can hear people using the lift 🛗 from your room very clearly - even the bell when the door opens. The bed is hard as a rock. The blanket is very small and thin. Not good for two people. They give you a trough on the balcony which is strange.

It was a nice experience staying here for 2 days. The place was big and clean. It is a helpful place to stay to process ypur visa. It also comes with free breakfast if you book in Agoda.

Avalon hotel meet my expectation the room is very nice,clean and perfect for a traveler to feel better. The information officer is very kind and appreciable can speak English. The location is very accessable for a traveler like me, the market, bus station and embassy is very near to the hotel.

Room was big with kingsize bed, a/c, hot water shower. Very clean room. Reception didn't speak english in morning when i needed taxi. breakfast was basic. No milk given with coffee.

Chickens crow at 5am, and small birds sing in chorus at 5:30am. Loud karaoke from a nearby local restaurant at night. It might be fine if it's just for catching a morning flight. 100,000 kip for airport transfer, amenities include 2 small soaps, 2 small shampoos, 2 bath towels, and no hair dryer. The area around the toilet was always flooded with water, and the hot shower water pressure was too low and the water was slimy. The front desk staff at night can't speak English at all, and the front desk staff at daytime said there is no staff who can speak at all, although there is Japanese written on the reservation site. $17 per night. Please be careful of false and false reviews.

I'm impressed. I just looked at Google to reserve a hotel in branch 2. But Google took me to branch 1. The male receptionist provided very good service and was very good at giving details.Friendly, so I checked in at branch 1 instead. Because I felt the warm service of the staff....Too bad I didn't ask their name or take a photo...I just had some business to do so I only stayed for one night. 20,21 -06-2022 had a chance to pass by. I will stop by to use the service. (near the bus station)
