The great thing about this place is that the breakfast buffet is free.It's about 15,000 won per night, which is expensive for a poor backpacker, but the facilities are good.

Just stayed here for 3 nights and had a great stay. Staff were very helpful, and rooms were lovely. We stayed in both a standard room for 400k and also the vip as no standard available. The vip was 600k and not worth the extra money as minimal room quality difference.Only downside was breakfast was underwhelming a choice of 2 sets, either porridge or x1 cold egg, cold little sossies and bread. The last day the hotel was busy but exactly the same food except buffet style and included fried rice. Location nothing on your doorstep for food or minimarts all approx 700m away. Why did we get 5 stars then.....? We looked at numerous other places to stay and they were run down and over priced so this was good bang for your buck.

We stayed a total of 3 nights in this area. There is an annex to the main building, but we used the annex. This one was a little cheaper. Maybe that's why the spring mattress felt a bit worn, so it was uncomfortable. Breakfast was very simple. There were mosquitoes because there were a lot of cracks in the windows. If you come, the second floor would be better. We were with a Korean group, so we didn't have a room.

The room smells painting so bad, the air conditioner is not cool. The room is clean and modern. The staff is very helpful removing the smelly furniture painting out of the room because I cannot stand the smell of it. Overall for the location and the service is worth the money.

The rooms are clean, relatively new, inexpensive.Rooms: (4) Spacious rooms, simply decorated. Modern style, clean, has a small TV. The mattress is comfortable.Location: (4) The accommodation is approximately 2 km from tourist attractions in Savannakhet. It is a 2-storey building, 2 buildings, decorated in a modern style. Condition is relatively new.The restaurant is beautifully decorated.Food: (4) There is a variety of free food, including young chili paste, other chili pastes, and pork caps. There's also pate. It tastes good.Service: (4.5) General receptionist service But the restaurant staff provide very good service.Parking: (4) There is an outdoor hotel parking lot in front of the room building.Value: (5) Rooms priced at less than 1,000 baht, very good value.

A beautifully designed and excellent service, but the bed was too hard.The staff who checked us in were really helpful and outstanding. He helped us order dinner (very delicious food), assisted us with paperwork, and gave us any information we asked for (anything we needed).Location was okay, little bit too far to places unless you get a bike or motorbike. Tuktuk was very expensive.

start with 350,000 LAK/night with breakfast. but need to improve service.Clean room, affordable price..But if you want to improve the service, put on shorts, slippers, don't mean you don't have money, don't look down on people, remember!
