Very basic room with shred outside toilet and bathroom. I assume the price is high for this level of accommodation, especially during a week day. You need to haggle with the price, Kettle with tea and coffee sachets is provided at each level. Internet was excellent. English communication of the lady who was there at the time was excellent. Furniture, bed and word robe were badly maintained. Very good location overall.

Cozy place, room and in general the whole inn are painted in Buddhist style. From the balcony there is a wonderful view of the sea. A budget option.

Brilliant place to stay in Prachuap Kiri Khan. JJ is lovely and super helpful. The sea view room is very comfortable and the view is great. I planned to stay a couple of nights and ended up staying a week. I would stay here again

We came for a night or two and ended up staying the whole week. No frills fan rooms that are extremely clean, with comfy beds, free drinking water, a fridge & microwave for use - everything you could want. JJ is super easy going and an absolute sweetheart, very accommodating and good fun. There are several bicycles and scooters for rent. The rooms are not ensuite but the bathrooms are very clean & have (proper) hot water. The rooms out the front have lovely balconies. The only thing I would say is that the stairs are quite steep so perhaps not suitable for less mobile people.
